Of the national chain restaurants offering Veteran's Day "specials", no one is more sincere than Applebee's. Not only do they... offer a respectable choice of free, full entrees, they make every veteran feel appreciated and respected. Horrible. Don't waste your time parking your car. About a month ago, we walked in and waited for 20 minutes to even speak to... someone. Figured they were having an off night. So, we decided to give them a second chance tonight. Stood there for 11minutes and were ignored by the entire staff. Finally, my wife waved down the bartender and she came over to curtly tell usthey were "short staffed" and then kept interrupting us with "have a gooooood niiiigt" as we voiced our aggravation. She wasrude and could care less that we were walking out as well as the couple behind us. If you folks can't staff the place, pleaseclose this location and let some other restaurant put the building to good use. Not only will we boycott this location becauseof your belligerent bartender, we will now not support your chain. Goodbye, Applebee's. Read more
The service was terrible, the waiter didn't bring our drinks nor give us silverware, We asked other employees for these items.... The waiter didn't come back after finally bringing the food. Then the bill came with things we didn't order. You can do betterApplebee's. Read more
Horrible service. Food came out sporadically. Had to share off each other's plates because food did not come together. 45 minute... wait for table. We were told there were only three waitresses and two were brand new and they were low on line cooks and had totake care of the pickup orders first because there were so many. Food was not great. Ordered medium rare steak and it came out like shoe leather. Waitress corrected and the second steak was... medium on the inside, but overcooked on outside and dry. Read more
Food was great. 3 cheese chicken penne. Highly recommend. Service was good. We were in a time crunch and had 45 mins to eat and... leave, we let the staff know and they made it happen. Was Around noon so not too many people. Read more
Absolutely dreadful. We arrived for lunch a little after 1 on a Friday. No staff in sight. Waited about 5 minutes before someone... appeared and came over to seat us. As she was about to, another staff person appeared, and confusion ensued about where weshould be seated. Wife and I each ordered the 6 oz sirloin, hers medium, mine medium rare. Salads took a while to arrive, andhad very little dressing for the amount of greens, which were fresh and tasty. Steaks arrived, hers is more medium well, mine iswell done. Waitress came back to check on us and I pointed out my overdone steak. She says she'll have a new one cooked. Shereturns 20 minutes later with another steak, still not even pink inside. The manager took mine off the bill, but it didn'treally account for the fact that it was now almost 2:30 and I'd still had no lunch, while my wife uncomfortably ate hers with mewatching her. This Applebee's has really gone down hill, as we walked in, the hostess just stood there without a hint of a smile or a... greeting, we sat at one of the bar tables, after about 15 minutes with no greeting from anyone we moved over to the section thatactually had a server, her name was Jenn, she was very nice greeted us right away, she took our order and brought our drinksright away, while we were talking to her about the menu, another server came out and very rudely interrupted us, she seemedannoyed that she had to bring out food, saying " where the hell does this even go", it was appalling, maybe she noticed howappalled we were,because as she walked past us she gave us an obvious nasty look, our server brought us our dinner, to say itwas horrible would be an understatement, it was truly uneatable, the appetizer chips were stale, I ordered a med rare steak andit was just about raw, the blood covered the whole plate, the broccoli was cold and covered in blood as were the potatoes, myfiance's pasta was pretty much water sauce, Jenn was very apologetic and offered to have the food remade, bit at that point wewere just ready to leave. I hope she finds a better establishment to work because this location is horrible. Thank you Jenn foryour wonderful service, but we never spend another dime at Applebee's. Read more
