I love Chili's, but for some reason this Chili's is the worst one around here. It's always super slow even when it's not busy.... Several times I've had the food just warm and soup that was thick. Been waiting for 40 minutes and still haven't got my soupyet, when there's like 15 other parties/tables. All I got was the three for $10.99. I bet my food is just sitting under theheating lamps. I've waited a long enough and I have to just take my food to go. I don't have time for this. Finally afterwaiting for 45 minutes I went up to ask where my food was and they said that they forgot about me and they went to go check onit. Then they put a rush on it and then I eventually got my food for free. Read more
Where should I begin, first it took 15 minutes for our drinks to come out in dirty cups than we got our meal 30 min later. I... asked for my burger with no pink and I could obviously see that it was almost entirely pink. I ate 1/2 of it and could tell thatit was a RAW patty dipped in grease. As you can see by the photos it was not cooked. Even my French fries where raw. The managercame to my table because she saw me looking my burger and taking photos of it and said she would give me a discount, when Ilooked at the tab it was still full price. After waiting about ten minutes at the bar before anyone even showed up to ask me about my order, I already knew that this was... going to be a disappointing experience. Tried this location once before for lunch when it was dead quiet and the food was decentenough. But this time what we received is an absolute joke. They had a reasonable amount of people there when I picked up butthey were nowhere near busy in a way that could at least explain the wait and the microwaved looking "smoked" food I ordered. Iliterally laughed out loud when I saw the brisket that looked like a single steak-um microwaved for 10 minutes and slapped on apiece of toast. Then I picked it up and realized that the already insanely thin slice was actually half fat folded over to lookthicker. Hilarious. I thought maybe the ribs would be better so I moved on. Chili's is known for their ribs right? If you'veever found a decomposing bird in your backyard you might have an idea of the appearance of this meat substance they tried topass off as food. Better yet, I attached a photo so you can appreciate the coagulated jerky of a rib that's supposed to be thisrestaurant's flagship dish. They get an extra star for the salad my wife enjoyed and for the meal I had once before thatoffered me a glimpse into the potential quality this place can offer.
