The employee was touching raw meat and then started making subs without changing his gloves. Also, the man was touching chicken... & beef with the same gloves. Talking about cross Contamination. The manager acted like it was nothing. Read more
Staff very nice and impressive under pressure with a fundraiser!! Ordering ahead with their app is a great choice. Appears very... clean, easy layout. Subs were a great variety in choices and sizes. Gluten free bread is very good for a sub roll!! The tuna isyummy. Meats look very fresh. Veggies crisp too, but I really wish they offered more vegetables choices. I waited 15 minutes for $21 Buffalo chicken sub with everything on it and thats not what I got. I got a sub with nothing on it... and barely no meat for $21. I was not able to go back to the store because I only have a set amount of time to eat lunch. I willnot go back to Jersey Mike's in Glenmont total incompetence. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches 1 hot 1 cold Via DOORDASH app at 5:30 pm. My delivery person called me at 6:48 pm to tell me that they... had not begun to make my 2 sandwiches. Store was not busy, zero customers waiting, yet she was told there was no cook and itwould be another 15 minutes. Making the process of making my order for 2 sandwiches 2 hours. Order canceled. An hour later I amSTILL attempting to call the store, and only getting a busy signal. You lost a good customer. Read more
I visit this place so much! You can tell the difference from other sub shops including Subway because nothing Subway does is... fresh, just opening and microwaving everything filled with probably more preservatives than actual food... When my meat isliterally sliced in front of me, I already know I'm having a great sub! Read more
This was supposed to be a BLT. Everything is so expensive now but thought I would treat myself. So disappointed?such a waste.
