Unfortunately terrible experience. We waited 30 minutes in store after our order was placed on line with a pick up time frame... listed. We only got the food because I kept walking up to the counter asking them to finally make it. We generally love Moe's! If you order on the app, for dinner expect some hiccups. The foods available on the app do not translate to what they haveavailable in the store. Secondly the people who walk in the door off the street were waited on, First. They did not honor thetime of our pick up per the app. They were missing many many food items and only wanted to replace them with a side of quesocheese instead of an equivalent drink or dessert or refund. We didn't order any queso. 4 meals were ordered. Only chips for onewas provided and no salsa. Very stressful and disappointing. Read more
Its not bad at all, all the bad comments are most likely because its bunch of kids working and this is probably their first fast... paced job so don?t expect perfection but overall its good. Read more

I'm absolutely grossed out by my experience at Moe's about an hour ago. I was greeted by a woman behind the counter with a... Bedazzled black mask hanging under her nose. I could care less whether the workers wear a mask or not but the first problem Ihave is she kept adjusting the mask with her gloved hands while she was making my burrito. That's just as bad as touching yourface while making the food. If that wasn't bad enough, when she got to the register she rang me up with the same gloves and thenreturned to the food counter to continue preparing food for the multiple customers that were behind me. Never took her glovesoff. Too bad there wasn't a manager around. I plan on calling corporate on Monday. In the meantime, I feel bad for all of thepeople behind me that have to eat food cross-contaminated with the gloves she's been handling all of the dirty money with. Lasttime I ever go there. Food was great but service not so much. Tables dirty and outside area dirty too see pictures. I was served chips in cheese in a... plain paper bag with the cup of cheese just throw in. I love Moe's, but this location is beyond incompetent, bordering on fraudulent. I have ordered from them 4 times, twice... directly and twice via Doordash. So far they have not once gotten my order more than half correct and when I ordered directly,they refused to answer the phone or return messages to refund me or otherwise compensate me for not providing more than half myorder in each case. The most recent attempt, they put no cheese or queso in my chicken stack and barely put any chicken in atall (and only a bare minimum amount of cheese to hold the tortilla closed). It was 90% black beans and still only half full orless for what a Moe's stack is supposed to be from any competent Moes location. In addition to this, neither kids meal Iordered came with either the drink or the cookie. Previous times, meat has been missing entirely and entire items have beenleft out of orders completely, but unless you buy through Doordash directly, you will never see a dime back or even get a returncall from them. Went there late for a birthday dinner and the staff was lovely! Had a great conversation. Very clean.
