Never get what you asked for, and if you do be ready to wait an hour at the drive thru to just be told they don't have what you... order. Just make the drive to the one at red oak much better place. Read more
This is exactly why this location gets no business. The workers are so very slow - no sense of urgency! Then on top of that- the... cook is just as relaxed about getting orders correct. To make matters worse- my son finds a very long strand of hair in hissandwich! This location needs better management and better staff period! Read more
Quite honestly 1 star is a lot. This is the 4th time in two weeks I have come to this sonic, call me a glutton for punishment I... guess. 1st: pull up to drive through and sit there for 5 minutes intermittently saying hello, anyone there. Finally someonetakes my order. 2nd: pull up to drive through repeat of the 1st but for 8 minutes, drive over to a stall and press the button?.Nothing. Drive back to drive through and say hello again and some one speaks. 3rd: same as first Today: same as first but thistime only taking cash - granted I know it isn?t their fault let?s be honest their track record really makes me questionit. Acknowledgment? At least give me that when someone pulls up so we know. hey if we have to wait, we have to wait but at leastlet me know you know that I?m there. I only stopped here cause I wanted a drink while I waited for my food to be ready for pickup at a nearby restaurant. There was... only one other car in the the stalls. I ordered a large cherry limeade on the app and it took over 20 minutes to get it. I hadto get out of my car to get my drink. Why have a drive in if you need to get out to get your order. The lady I spoke with wasrude and unprofessional. I will never return. Read more
Placed my mobile order at 2:13 p.m. I drove 15 minutes to the location to press the button several times, made it around to the... drive through and no one came on the speaker to help me at all so I went back around to a stall and I sat for a good 5 minutescontinually pressing the button until somebody finally answered me yet I?m still sitting here at 2:44!! This is ridiculous! Iplaced the order online for a reason and it?s still not done. 5 drinks, one medium fry and a plain burger should not take 45 +minutes. We waited 20 minutes to get our order. No one was in the stalls and 3 employees out fixing one table or something. Got 3 stars... because the food was good still. Just not sure what happened that took so long to get the order and it was not correct. Read more
