The service and staff are horrible. Refused to make an order we paid for when they ?couldn?t find it in their system.? Told me... to contact Taco Bell support. Manager ?Spurgeon? said there was nothing he could do due to ?food costs,? and that people havebeen stealing mobile orders. The First Gentleman that tried to help us immediately became belligerent while other employeeslaughed. He said he was going to call the cops if we didn?t move. Who runs this horrible franchise? Any manager with the basicsof training would remake the order. Instead we were told to move because we were ?holding up the line.? I will be contacting thefranchisee and reporting this total embarrassment. Read more

So it took 30min to take our order and we were the only people in line. The person taking the order didn't know what was on the... menu even though we pointed it out to her on the giant digital menu right behind her. The order was still completely wrong andstuff was missing, not to mention the horrible customer service experience. Years ago this place was great, but now it's beenupgraded in looks but downgraded in service. Very Sad Read more

I know it was late. I work in thefood industry as well. But it hasn't been the first time ii have gone to eat and store is... closed early. Nothing was said when we were seen by drive through cashier/ employee.. if I closed my work early it would be anissue. I am a complete taco freak so to speak ...I have been craving Taco bell for weeks. Only to be disappointed get again. .please change the website hours to whenever you feel like closing time.. o will try one more time. Read more

Ordered and paid for my food at the self serve kiosk. Food was hot and fresh. The eat in area was clean and so we're the... restrooms. All of the employees were nice and did I mention the food was hot and fresh! I've been through this drive thru beforewith no problems. Glad eat in service is great too! Read more

I know it?s not reasonable to have high expectations with fast food, and I?m usually able to overlook issues as long as it?s not... a safety or cleanliness issue but this was the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve had to date. All of the items I ordered were verysloppily constructed. The cheesy Gordita crunch was only halfway filled and was clearly missing ingredients (pic included). Thebeefy 5-layer burrito had a very small amount of beef and cheese and the refried beans were dry, discolored and crumbly and wereeasily over a day old (pic included). The beans had a weird smell and taste too. I couldn?t eat any of my dinner. What adisappointment. Read more
