Wendy's Burgers are the best. Normally the service is also good. Their take out service moves pretty quickly.
I just left out of this Wendy?s and the service was slow as hell? its a Saturday 3:30.. a girl on the register and a older lady... monitoring the orders who said she was deaf. Some one else was doing the drive thru.. please get some faster, energetic peopleon the weekends. I waited like 15minutes for a chicken nugget kids meal and 10 nuggets. There was 1 car ahead of me and I ordered a single with cheese with a lettuce bun, onion, ketchup and mayonnaise. There were no... onions and the mayo and ketchup were in containers on the side versus on the sandwich. Also, no utensils or napkins were in thebag. How hard is it to prepare 1 sandwich? Read more
It?s very busy currently. Long line in drive thru and inside. One of the staff.. a young lady got my order wrong. She didn?t... even try to read the monitor. The cashier who I think is a supervisor told her my nuggets weren?t spicy so I guess she assumed Ionly got nuggets. They kinda went back and forth about it. The supervisor had been moving quickly to get the line down. She wasso patient and nice when speaking to the young lady who sounded irritated that she didn?t tell her everything I got the firsttime. Kudos to the supervisor who was nothing but professional and nice to everyone through all her moving around. 10/10 forher. Service was great.. food too.. tasted fresh and was hot. Read more

This Wendy's is THE WORST! They have very poor customer service and never make it easy or enjoyable to get food there. One time,... I tried to go there for my son, and they only had chicken nuggets. This time, I asked what kinds of sauce they had and I wasignored and given my total again. I went to the first window and revisited the sauce issue. Then, when I got to the finalwindow, upon my initial inspection of the bag, I told the person that I didn't have the salad dressing. She then conferred withanother person, who very nastily said it was in the bag. I did find it between the napkins, but they did not have to be sonasty. I always say I'm not going there anymore, but that's the last time. VERY poor customer service. They need a competentmanager. Get better Wendy's. Read more
I came to this location to pick up a doordash because the merchant themselves asked for someone to pick up the order and deliver... . The instructions on the app was to go inside to pick up the food. When I got there the doors were locked and they said I haveto use the drive thru. The drive thru line was leading out into the street. Instead of just handing me the order at the windowor at the door. They only had like two or three people working, granted, but when they accepted, now 2 orders , it should?vebeen made and packed to hand off . If I get any more order from here I?m Declining it . This location has been on a steady decline over the past few months. In my previous experience, I placed a mobile order and... arrived at the time indicated. Granted, it was busy, but the food was not given to me until 40 minutes after the scheduledtime. I was not the only one waiting a long time for food. The staff was joking and laughing instead of focusing despite beingbacked up. There was an apparent lack of organizational and leadership of management as orders that were placed after mine cameout before mine. It was almost like they lost my order in the confused service mess. Our orders were not accurate and weremissing ingredients. One sandwich was supposed to be a double but received a single. The requested additional toppings weremissing on another sandwich. Pretzel Pubs had no crispy onions. The bathroom was smelly and dirty, and it looked like someonehad emptied their blunt on the floor. The lobby had trash on the floor. I hope they figure it out at this location and get ittogether.
