Usually great experience here, yesterday my order was missing an item but they were quick to fix it. Fast and friendly.
For the last three times I have been to Arbys in Glenpool. My order is never right. I ordered a super Arbys roast beef with... double meat. Always everytime! Made it a large meal. Was not asked what type of potato. I ordered an apple chicken saladsandwich. I received a Scoop meal???? I don?t even know what that is. I never order Curley fries they are always cold and Nasty!Next time can I just pull up and tell them I want something to eat for two people and give me what you want me to have That isbasically what they do anyway. My husband works nights we have a thirty minute window to eat Dinner before he goes to work fortwelve hours. Arbys is his favorite but could someone please pay attention accuracy is better than speed if you want to besatisfied. Read more
I was surprised at how little beef was on the sandwich. I've never experienced that at other Arby's. The fries were overdone ,... curly fries, no curls, all leftover pieces.. won't go back to that Arby's. It was 6:15pm. Read more
I had a Reuben at lunch time. My order was taken correctly and in a timely manner. I dined inside due to a lengthy line at their... drive thru. The inside was very clean and I was greeted upon entering. I was with 4 of my work colleagues. I was the 2nd out 6to place my order. After paying for my meal and receiving my receipt I was given my medium drink cup and I proceeded to thefountain drink station. I made a coke with no issues and a lid and straw as well as napkins were available. I found a seat andplaced my items in hand on the table. Within a minute or two they started calling our names in the order we placed them, to comeand get our food. I grabbed my food and went back to chair and began eating. Everything was great. I was very happy with my mealand the temperature and proportions of meats on my Reuben were perfect. That being said, I highly recommend this Arby's inGlenpool. Read more
How could you make someone wait for the chicken too cook then you still can?t manage too put it in there sack after charging... them for it There wasn?t anybody there and it was only four items and you closed after that and couldn?t even fix the order itwould help if you all could pay attention to what you?re doing!!! Great location. I stopped in at the height of the lunch rush. Even being busy, the tables were bussed and clean, my order was... taken quickly, and my food arrived at the counter before I could even get my drink filled. The employees were friendly andcourteous. The food tasted great. Read more
