1st they forgot my meat patty. After they added it and I tried it , it wasn't hot and fresh. Bland. Onions seemed old... soggy...like the whole burger was frozen or in fridge a few days...disappointing. Read more

Always a favorite. They did not disappoint.

We love Braum?s but most of the Tulsa area stores are slackin, including a his one! If there?s not a gaggle of meth-heads... creating a very weird, tense atmosphere, then there?s an issue with service. The workers here are great, but they are given solittle to work with, like appropriate training or sufficient amount of products, that it seems like they are inept, when,actually, they work really hard to give the customers, like us, a great experience and can?t because of the limitations theyface. Sometimes I wonder how these stores stay open. I hope it changes because we love this place? but it?s not like it used tobe. Read more

Yesterday I visited Braums in Glenpool and received great service. The hambuger was great. I say this to mention about the... Wagoner. The last 2 visits the hamburgers and frys were cold and the Hamburger patties were old. Then today I received a bananasplit that was over full up into the lid. When the banana split was handed to me at the drive on window the lid came off and itwent all over my truck. I went inside to get it corrected and was treated very poorly. I just ask for a sack to contain the messand left. Wagoner has the worst Braums I have ever been to in 40 yrs of being a customer. I will not return. Braums has been a staple in my life growing up. This new location is very accessible. That's good and bad. ???? I love their ice... cream and the burgers are pretty good too. My only complaint is there is never enough help. On this visit we stood severalminutes waiting to place our order. But it was worth it! Give it a try ????. Read more
