I went and got a milk shake a little after 10pm. When I got it the shake was very liquidy, it looked like she poured to much... cream/milk in it. I asked if she would be able to fix it or something and she rudely took it and added more melty ice cream.Overall very rude and unnecessary attitude. Read more

The Burger King in glenpool is new they are so friendly so nice. I wanted just the chicken fries as like a side cuz I seen that... on a TV commercial but she didn't know what I was talking about and said it comes in at 9 piece so because I really wanted themI took the nine piece. But they're just like chicken nuggets if you let them sit there too long they got hard as a rock and theyare horrible so I'm glad I still got my cheeseburger so I was happy but I can't give five Stars I have to give only three Read more
Delish! Was not busy on this trip so food was made hot & fresh. Made in a timely fashion so I didn't have to wait long at all.... The employees where very courteous. Will go back soon! Read more
After the long drawn out remodel they are finally open. Burgers are so so. Bought a couple of Whoppers and the meat looked pale.... For being flame broiled they sure don't look it. Maybe a couple more minutes in the broiler would do it. Used the drive throughwhen I went. Staff seems friendly which is a major improvement. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Overall it's difficult to judgeany restaurant for the finer details right now considering the age we are in right now. I am still judging on freshness of foodand cleanliness. With that said most food establishments are short handed. Also the majority of the staff are inexperienced.Most of the pre-pandemic workers have left the food service industry and found other careers. For the patrons that said theydidn't want food service workers to have a living wage and these types of jobs were for high school kids.....well we are seeingthat right now. So be patient and quit treating food service workers poorly. The money you are spending buys you a fresh meal,it doesn't buy you the right to treat workers bad. Be kind.???? Read more

Glenpool, Ok. We ordered through the app and pulled into the drive thru to pick it up. The guy in the speaker called out our... name when I gave him the number, we get up to the window and thus guy says he don't have an order for us. After going aroundwith him for about 5 minutes, another guy shows up with our order. I think the owner needs to handle a bit of training with thisbunch. The food was not hot, the buns were stale, but the burgers looked like they were built for a commercial. I will go backbut probably go in to pick up my food. I will go elsewhere for app and drive-thru. Read more
