Horrible experience! We just moved to the area! Which I'm still about 25 mins away! We did a online order for 2 pizzas and... wings. Once we got home to eat the pizza had no cheese on either pizzas and no sauce! It was way over cooked!. I'm not a pickyeater I will eat about anything but this was absolutely horrible! Also we even ordered extra cheese and paid for that and had nocheese on the pizza! Never again will we eat here! Don't waste your money Read more
This isn?t my first bad experience, but I keep coming back for some reason lol. My order said it was ready so I go to get it... then I?m told it?s not ready so I got sit down, ten minutes fly back I get up to see if it?s ready, young man at the counterpeeks into the oven and says ?it?s coming out right now? the other guy at the counter says ?is it even in the oven?? to whichthe young man replies ?no?. Then I?m told to wait another ten minutes. Other guy at the counter makes it right by telling me hewill reverse the charge for the pizza. Cool, he made it right, guess I?ll be here next Friday night. Don?t lie to your customersyoung man, especially customers that are 7 months pregnant, and have been at work all day and just want to get home to herhusband and kids. Lol. Read more
The manager on duty was very polite! It was my mistake I had called the wrong pizza place and was not exactly nice but he kept... his composure and was extremely kind. I called back and apologized even in my embarrassment he didn?t deserve that. Customerservice was exceptional and I can?t thank him enough for being kind when I didn?t deserve it?. Shamefully. First of all, I would give 0 stars if I could. So i guess they get the obligatory 1 star. I placed an order for delivery at 630.... Waited over 2 hours to find out "pizzas were delivered" yet my family and I had received no pizzas. So i call back to inquireabout the wherabouts and logistics of my order and im met with rudeness and hostility like this is somehow my fault. I mean itslaughable at this point. Its 830 and call to cancel order and ask for credit on the order. And was asked " are you callingagain??" I wenr with Dominoes against my better judgement. So domino's has been the laughing stock of pizza chains for many years. Their new campaign for making better pizza had... definitely paid off. They have great pizza, and for the price it tastes great. This is a new location in the Glenpool area.When I order a pizza on the app, and by the time I can get to the store, the pizza is done still hot and ready. The staff isfriendly and always thanks you.
