Time frames for online orders needs to be updated from 20 minutes to 50 minutes. I order online every time and it always states... 20 min and I normally end up waiting 45 to 50 minutes. I know restaurants are short staffed but at least be up front and honestabout your wait times. Read more
Ordered spaghetti and a pizza dine-in. Took about 45 minutes to get pizza. The spaghetti was brought with pizza and was... completely cold. Mentioned to manager nothing fixed. I really enjoy being able to eat in and sadly the service wasn't there. Read more

I ordered delivery yesterday and received an incomplete order. The delivery driver said she would be right back with my Ranch.... She did not come back. The store closed by the time I realized she wasn't coming back. I called today to let them know whathappened. The manager they put me on the phone with told me it was only his responsibility to that he would be nice and give mea $10 credit that I could put toward anything. I explained to him that I waited so long and my food got cold and I ordereddelivery I felt like to make it right they needed to resend the food I ordered and the ranch delivery. We ordered online. they forgot out stuffed crust pizza. I called them and let them know that we live 30 minutes out of town and... that they could just refund the money on the pizza. Told them that it would be good but they refused to refund my money and saidthat if I wanted it to come and get it. I've never had service this bad we will never use them again Read more

I?ve never had a good experience here. Always dirty, salad bar is always at least half empty and not clean. Super rude employees... and that?s why I always go to Jenks instead. Read more
