This location will never improve, if you file a corporate complaint the district manager will come in and work for a few days... and you?ll get good service because the employees actually work when he is there! As soon as he?s gone though, it?s RIGHT backto square one, the morning manager at this location has 0 business being in such a position, she acts miserable and only fillsbags and makes a schedule, not a manager in my opinion. They seem to favor her for some reason though, because despite NUMEROUScomplaints from multiple patrons she still somehow has the job of glorified bag filler. Read more
Worst experience I've ever had a McDonald's. Decided to go inside to order our breakfast, because the drive thru was long. We... waited 25 minutes inside for our food. The drive thru line had already come and gone and made a new line, that had already comeand gone too. Saying it was ridiculous is an understatement. I finally had to complain and request a refund. THEN we magicallygot our food. Also missing ALL the hash browns and a fork for the pancakes. The place was a total mess!! I get breakfast here every morning, but I'm going to have to stop. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes this morning.... Normally, I would drive away, and I have on several occasions. I've seen other people leave too. Most of the people that leavebecause of the long wait end up at Sonic. Sonic should thank this McDonald's for their slow service. I stayed this morning justto see how long it would actually take. I didn't even wait for the drive thru to take my order. When the employee asked me towait, I waited for a few more minutes and drove to the window to order. There's no telling how long I would've waited if I hadstayed in the 2nd drive thru lane. Read more
Never get the orders right and will only make fresh sandwiches when they get the order wrong. And their fries are sold as is. If... you want fresh fries you won?t get it unless they have served all the fries that they had sitting out all day. I don?t see howthis restaurant is still in business. The restaurant on S. Waco is way better and has better customer service. Read more

I got a Big Mac meal. There was nothing at all between two of the buns. Both pieces of meat were together on the other side of... the buns. There was one pickle on there. Very little lettuce. I don't even think there was secret sauce on it. And it was icecold. Also I told the girl that I didn't need spoons with my Sunday so she gave me four of them. And then I tried to get herattention to give them back to her and she turned her back on me and would not respond. And I did not receive the packets ofpeanuts. Altogether a very unsatisfying trip to McDonald's. Read more
11/12/19 - Stopped by at 1:15. The lady at the front with glasses and dark hair just stared at me for standing in front of the... register. She was clearly annoyed I wouldn't use the self service machine. She wouldn't even talk she just stared at me. I askedher if she was ready and she shook here head. Once the order was completed, she just took my payment and walked off..wow...nowonder Chik-fila does so well. Not coming back 6/2019: This McDonalds is pretty good overall. This morning it wasn't busy sowhy serve burned bacon, not sure. Clean restrooms and lobby. Price is creeping up. Paid $8.00 for a big breakfast. I would eathere again. Bacon bland and thin.
