"Service with the Speed of Sound" DOES NOT apply to this sonic! More like "Service with the Speed of Zero." It is incredible to... watch the staff through the drive thru window as they sip on drinks and scroll through their phones, all while the lineincreases. At this point, this sonic just needs to shut down. This is the worst sonic in the Tulsa area. I?ve not only had terrible... experiences once or twice, but it is without a doubt every time I go. I will NEVER use this restaurant again. Waiting 15 minutesfor a mobile order that contains 2 drinks, when not to mention, the place is dead!!! I am the only customer, absolutely abused. Read more

I had ordered two pretzel bread sticks and was shorted one. We let them know and when they brought another one out, I requested... a second thing of the cheese sauce because there wasn't any in the bag. The person who brought out the order said there shouldhave been one in the bag. I informed them that there hadn't been. They said, "Well how do I know you didn't just take it out?" Waiting currently, it?s been about half an hour and still no food. I?ve noticed that in that time, numerous people left. After a... total of 40 minutes I finally got food. They did comp with coupons and voided the ticket and apologized I get it but they needto do better. Read more
