Had a mobile order that the app said 5-7 minutes. Went to the stall like it said and all the stalls had been shut down. I tried... calling the location to let them now I was here but they never picked up the phone. Ended up going through the drive thru laneand my order of one item took 25 minutes. Read more

Stopped there yesterday with a mobile order. Two drinks and an order of cheese sticks. Took at least 25 minutes to get order.... Car hop came out with drinks only. Had to tell him order not complete. Came back with cheese sticks and I left got down the roadand cheese sticks were cold and hard. Will never go back. Worst sonic ever. -10 stars Should not serve food if you can not eveneat it. Horrible customer service, horrible quality control and the food just SUCKS at this Sonic location on Waco off HWY 75. I?ve... given this Sonic so many chances (at least 5 times) and each time they disappoint me. I just wasted $40.00 here and will NEVERbe back. Do NOT EAT HERE. Drive to the Sonic just a few miles away in Jenks on Main Street and you can order the SAME FOODfrozen food, but that Sonic and their team have been properly taught when and how to cook the food. Not before it?s ordered andlet it sit there and get old and gross. It doesn?t take much to know, DUH! If you want to thrive and create an awesomeexperience for your customers it can NOT start with gross food. Who owns this Sonic? Please sell and let someone else run thisplace before you TOTALLY DESTROY IT! I?ve lived in the Jenks area for 8+ years and this Sonic has always sucked. So sad whenthey could do much better. I always place mobile orders to avoid the line but this store always makes me wait in the drive thru line anyways. Today I asked... what the point of the mobile ordering was if I still had to wait anyways. The male worker there raised his voice and told me ?ifyou don?t like it, go somewhere else.? He was incredibly rude and sonic should not let their employees literally yell at theircustomers. I will never return here, just as the worker asked. Not because he asked but because the customer service is pisspoor. Read more

I think several years ago I left a glowing review about this Sonic. Now it?s just awful. Their stalls are NEVER open. I... ordered drinks through the app, paid, and checked in. I waited for about 20 minutes and saw on the app my payment had failed. Pushed the button to make sure they had received my order and before I could say anything the girl yelled ?Drive thru only!? Andmust have either ignored my need for help or turned the speaker off. So since I had paid (confirmed through my bank), I decidedto go ahead with the 10 minute more wait in the drive thru. The guy who delivered our drinks was very friendly though said hewas just about deliver my drinks at the stall. Skip the frustration and just head to one of the 3 other locations close by. Read more

Ordered mobile to avoid the line and still had to get into a drive thru lane anyways. Why have stalls if you?re not gonna use... them? And why offer mobile ordering if you have to wait in line ANYWAYS? Ridiculous. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It doesn't matter if they are busy (they almost never are, go figure) or not, the receipt of... anything that you order takes an eternity. I could circle Chick-Fil-A next door to them, when their line extends into the road,at least 5 times before Sonic can get 1 meal out the door. When they do finally manage to fulfill an order, it's wrong. Every.Single. Time. We have complained to management of the franchise and corporate. We are consistently told it'll be addressed andit never is. Save yourself the grief and go to the location on Main St. in Jenks. Read more

I just wanted to show everyone the burger I recieved from Sonic on Waco. My wife bought it on 8-4-19 around 9pm. I was busy... finishing up working on my truck so my burger got cold. I went to take it apart and microwave the meat and part of the meat ismissing..whats worse, is it almost looks like teeth marks like someone took a couple of bites from it before putting it on mybun. And to top it all off, my dr pepper tasted funky and flat..and after working on the truck for six hours, i was reallylooking forward to the drink. So Sonic, is this what i pay 8 bucks for. A burger missing part of its meat (hopefully not fromsomeone munching on part of it) and a flat dr pepper. Maybe a manager will read this and the next person wont have a flat drinkand half "eaten" piece of meat on their burger. Read more
