Reviews for Taco Bell in Glenpool, OK
The door says they open at 8am, the website says 8am, but they are not open at 8am ever on Sunday. I asked why, the reply was I... am not supposed to talk about it. I have been there twice on Sunday, and have never even been asked what I would like to eat. Iasked what time you will be open. The reply was 9:30 or so both times. Our entire experience was very pleasant & we had quite a delightful conversation. The cashier was very helpful & our food... preparer was also very polite. We will be returning to Taco Bell in Glenpool again in the near future. Read more
This tacobell is not the greatest! They constantly are out of the item we are wanting then I go thru the drive thru and they... didn't have change instead of saying I'm sorry mane I don't have change I only have pennies so instead of just knocking the 28cents of they made me leave my money leave my food to get cold and go across to a Casey's convent store to get change theCasey's cashier was just as shocked and irritated as i was that I have to get change for taco bell and they were gonna give mecold soggy so then they remade it after I had to ask and one of my items was nachos bellgrande I asked for mild cheese they putthe hot cheese it was on ???? for someone like me !! Well it sure didn't take long for this place to turn to garbage. I was excited to see a Taco Bell being built closer to where I... live so that I didn't have to drive to 111th and Memorial. It was pretty good the first time, but today I ended up throwing itin the trash. As you can see in the photos, the place was empty. It still took 25 minutes to make 2 chalupas and a bean & riceburrito. The meat in the chalupa was cold but still edible. However, the bean stuff (?) in the burrito was not only cold, butsomething was added to make it too spicy to eat. It was definitely unlike any one that I have had at any other Taco Bell before. The texture of that bean mess was more like eating cold lard instead of refried beans. I had to throw it out after attemptingtwo bites. If you look AZ t the photo you can see that it is judt not right. It's also about 3 times the size that it should be.What the heck are they trying to hide here? I know that this is where a rep from Taco Bell will ask me to contact them to makeit look like like they are actually going to make it better. Instead I would recommend training for both the employees andmanagement at that location. And better hygiene would help was well. Read more
Food was good, reviews are misleading. There are no robots in the drive-threw, it is just an automated menu inside. You can... still order from the counter, the menu is just on a screen in front of you. This has been a feature at McDonald's for years.It's baffling that it's angering so many people when implemented to Taco Bell. Service was a little slow, but they were rushingout drive-threw orders. New Taco Bell open in Glenpool. No one at the front counter only automated Kiosks. I prefer a real person. We struggled through... the ordering process but got our food in pretty good time. We both had the Crunch Wrap that was very good. We are going to tryordering on the app then pick up and dine in. Read more
