Delicious food and cool atmosphere. This bar and grille is tucked away and easy to miss. Our table ordered the gyro, poutine,... and pizza. All were absolutely delicious. While we were there, a group of drunk 20-somethings showed up. They made more noisethan everyone else in the bar combined. Thankfully, and without prompting, the staff told them to quiet down. I randomly stopped by this place for lunch with a friend, and I don't regret it at all. The service was excellent, and so was... the food. I strongly recommend the tavern fries. It was slightly pricey, but the food was good. Definitely check it out if youhappen to be nearby. Read more
Pretty good burgers and pizza. The milkshakes are where it's at though. Delicious!
The Medusa pizza was so good and I loved the amount of vegetable toppings that were on the pizza. On the other hand, since the... pizza was only 12 inches, the ratio of toppings to slice combined with the oil and sauce saturation made it difficult to pick upa slice. Nevertheless, the quality of the pizza was outstanding and it felt like a true NY style pizza, plus the crust was freshand tasty too. The wings were decent; the habanero sauce wasn?t really that spicy to me, but nothing ever is in the north. Anoteworthy mention is the side salad. The salad ingredients were super fresh, the plethora of grape tomatoes was a welcomefeature that combined very well with the creamy green dressing they gave me. A gem in disguise. Great food. Beef Schwarma was excellent, fresh, flavorful. The wings were the best I have had in a... long time. Hand crafted burger was fresh and cooked correctly. Too much competition in the area to give this place a higher rating. The food was ok but the location is in the back of a... parking lot and seating is cramped. The menu was filled with a nice variety of apps, pizzas and burgers. Not a fan of the waythey do their wings they were overcooked. They have cauliflower crust pizza as well as red and white pizzas. One of the pizzaswe ordered came with this massive bubble that made 2 slices just a bubble with no topping Which they tried to make up for bycutting it in the oddest way. Pricing is commensurate with the area. Experience is important. Here's why they got knocked downto 3 stars. We were 4 big people and they sat us at a small table for 4 even though they had a bigger table and availability.When I asked to be sat at a bigger table, I was refused. When our food came we didn't have enough room to fit it. This wasn'thelped by having our apps and entrees served at the same time. Wait staff was overwhelmed. The obviously did not have enoughstaff to support a busy game day. Waitress kept joking about the wait which didn't help matters. The person who served us ourfood very unceremoniously just plopped everything on the tiny table. The host was not busy and rarely helped the staff.
