Great experience. Super friendly staff and they seem to anticipate your needs before you even articulate them. Food was amazing... and the cocktails/mock tails were even better. I love this place and would highly recommend. Read more

Wow! How has this place been open for 3 years and I haven't been until tonight? Monday nights are tough in this area, with many... restaurants closed. We picked Farmacy on a whim and I am so glad we did! The space is small and intimate with several tables andthen a counter and small bar with the kitchen cooking right in front of you. We started with the Cucumber salad - so refreshingwith just a hint of spice. Perfect start for 2. I ordered the Yellow Drank - lemony with a sour kick and a sweet finish. Hubbyordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. He is not always a fan of thigh, but loved it on this. Not too much heat either.Proclaimed one of the best chicken sandwiches ever. I ordered the burger and it was cooked perfectly even though I asked forwell. Delicious! Both of our meals came with fries - homemade and seasoned nicely. Finally, dessert. Homemade cider donut withpeanut butter ice cream and strawberry preserves and a Cinco Leche. I actually preferred the flavor of the first. The cake inthe Leche was firmer than I like; I am accustomed to it being soft and having soaked up all of that yummy flavor. Hubby loved itthough. This is a definite repeat destination for me. Their menu changes regularly and I can't wait to see what they have instore for fall. Read more

Sunday brunch was interesting. The tofu taco needed more seasoning in the tofu. The fresh hot pepper hit the spot. I would have... liked the soft taco itself heated up. Read more

We were in from out of town and stumbled across this place thanks to Google. If we were locals it would be a regular Sunday... brunch spot. The vibe is amazing and the food was even better. A must try. Read more

Went for oysters as they are one of a handful who serve raw oysters (and only one of two who serve them properly garnished) and... was pleasantly surprised across the board with how on point everything was. We had the raw oysters, baby kale and peach salad, burger and hanger steak chimichurri with the donut and chocolate torte for dessert and it was all fantastic. The raw oysterswere properly garnished with mignonette, horseradish and lemon wedges. The baby kale salad had chèvre cheese, toastedhazelnuts, roasted peaches in a vinaigrette and it was fantastic. Tasted like peach pie ironically. The burger was the bestburger - charred properly, proper temp and the hanger steak was also cooked to proper temp and fantastic. The desserts were alsoincredibly on point with the donut ice cream and streusel and the chocolate torte with molasses ice cream with a burnt meringue.Went back a second time two nights later it was so fantastic. Service was also incredibly attentive and pleasant which is veryappreciated and makes the dining experience complete. Read more

Last night I had dinner for the first time at Farmacy in Glens Falls. I chose Farmacy after parking directly in front the night... before on my way to dinner at a neighboring restaurant. The outside looked so inviting that I went and looked them up online tocheck menus and what the interior looked like, because I was choosing a location for a first date and I don’t eat beef, porkor poultry. Honestly, in this day and age, I am shocked that it can be challenging to order vegetarian or even seafood (minuspork or beef or poultry added to it) at restaurants. But it still can be. So I read menus before trying any new place. Farmacyis a small, independent, farm-to-table place with a daily changing menu. The menu is not huge, but contains a variety of bothvegetarian AND vegan options. Farmacy’s website strongly suggested making a reservation for dinner, so I reserved for two atThe Chef’s Counter. Turns out The Chef’s Counter is what I was seeing inside the front window when I parked the nightbefore. The kitchen is right there, in the front window and you can sit at the bar, right there. GENIUS. It’s prettyfantastic. And it was the PERFECT spot for a first date. Glens Falls is not a particularly “diverse” little city. So I wastrying to choose a spot where we would be comfortable as a “diverse” couple (age, ethnicity/race etc etc). Farmacy was, actually, great. I arrived a little early and was immediately greeted and seated. By the time my date arrived I had alreadytold AJ (the chef) and our waitress that I was on a first date and we met on a dating app. They seemed excited. (LOL) AJ:“You look familiar.” Me: “That was me parked directly outside the window last night in my orange Hellcat…” When mydate arrived I was already drinking a PINT SIZED gin and tonic made with a lovely gin distilled next door in Fort Anne (whoknew??). He ordered a beer and then asked me if was going to eat anything….oh sir. We are going to EAT. Turns out he eats morelike a small, songbir Read more
