Mean max is by far one of our favorite spots in glens falls! Tons of IPAs to choose from and such friendly and informative... staff. They close at 11 but let us finish our game of darts with smiles on their faces the whole time. So sweet and such amemorable experience. Read more
Great selection of craft beers, ciders and sours. From time to time there?s live music. Seating at the bar, tables/high tops and... even front patio seating available. There?s even darts to play. I believe this is probably a seasonal drink but if you enjoythe flavors of chai tea this is a must. I had it chilled but I?m assuming it could be slightly warmed and enjoy after a nicefall/winter activity next to the fireplace. Read more
We had our wedding afterparty at Mean Max and it was the most perfect night ever! After contacting the staff a weeks prior, they... agreed to stay open late and have about 100 people come and enjoy after the reception ended. Great drinks, very friendly staff,and a wonderful bar. Nice looking taproom with an ADK vibe, right across street from Davidson Bros. I tried the John's Brook NEIPA and the pineapple... cream ale. Both were good. Ordered in a cheeseboard ($9) from Farmacy, looked awful in the foam clamshell, but tasted fine. Read more
