I enjoyed the fish but the fish but the fries tasted like fish. I couldn't eat the macaroni salad, no seasoning at all.
I ordered a #6 family special which costed $47. I opened the box and it was 2 shrimps, 2 small flounders, 2 crab cakes, about 6... scallops, and some fries, definitely not worth almost $50. I asked for tarter sauce and cocktail sauce, and they didn't give itto me, also I didn't get any eating utensils. I also ordered some crabs which I was told costed $24.99, when they rang me upthey told me it was $50, for $50 I could have went to the market and bought my own crabs and have gotten way more bang for mybuck. Not to mention the crabs had zero seasoning, ZERO! No garlic, no old bay, no chives, nothing. They rang me up for $101.00,I could have taken my girlfriend to Chickies and Pete's for that amount of money and had someone wait on us and dine out andrelax. Fried shrimp was ready in less than 20 mins. The shrimp was delicious. Service was friendly too.
Even though it is out of the way on working late Friday nights during Lent it is my go to place. I personally get the broiled... shrimp but others in the office love the broiled seafood platter. Read more
their food is not fresh they buy frozen. They will make it sound fabulous like the imperial crab supposed to have an abundance... of fresh crabmeat,but instead it was a pre cooked patty. I was pretty disappointed and will not be going back,let me just saythe place looks spotless but the food sucked. Read more
The Crab was fresh and they give you a pretty large amount for the money. The fish and chips were delicious and also a great... portion for under $10. The Bang Bang shrimp, despite being slightly soggy (from transport in an insulated bag, no fault of thechefs) were still flavorful and juicy. Pictured is the lobster tail, which was massive and tastefully seasoned. I will bevisiting Lew's again, probably sooner than I should. Read more
The wife and I really enjoyed Lew's seafood. Often time fish and chips to go is not the best option but the fish remained crispy... and was delicious. The scallop scampi was also a great dish! Read more
