Contacting customer service on their website isn't working, of course. So I will place my comment here. Today I had the worse... experience ordering from Glenside. The customer service was awful. The online promo was not working and did not work over thephone either. They would not give me a manager or able to do it manually. I then proceeded with my order anyway over the phone.Big mistake. They gave me the wrong sandwich. I called and they said to bring it back and redo it. No. I cannot drive another 15minutes out of the way even more to go back for them to fix their mistake. These hoagies are NOT cheap. I hope someone reachesout to me directly to discuss this but because their customer service messages are not working I have to post this here. Read more

Free lunch program hoagies are what you will get from this store and Roxborough. Hardly any meat. They used to be the best, now... they're the absolute worst. I wish I had believed the other honest reviews. Read more
Good hoagies. Have a great selection. Don?t like that if you don?t ask you get a sesame roll instead of p,ain roll. Just have... to remember to do this. Staff is nice. They are usually pretty quick. Good amount on sandwiches. Nice local place. Read more

I like Primos, but Everytime I call they don't have lettuce wraps, I can't eat gluten, so primo lettuce wraps are usually a... great option. This location, I've tried to order it at least 10 times, I'm in the area a lot, and they never have it. Theyusually just say they shredded all the lettuce that day. So today I asked why they don't have them ever, super nice guy, but hesaid they just don't want to order them. They should change the menu to show there are no wraps here. The quality of meats andcheeses is usually good though, if you order extras, sometimes they don't put them on either. Read more
