Train your employees to have some sense of customer service. I understand you had a busy night but that?s why you?re in... business, right? Just because you are still busy after closing doesn?t mean you should turn away customers. Your clerk Anna didexactly that. Instead of standing in the parking lot telling people to leave, she could have helped the rest of the staff serveall the customers.
