I usually do the drive-thru for coffee on weekends which is almost always efficient. My only minor complaint is that I get the... occasional over-filled cup that leaks down the side from one small spot between the cup and lid. By the time I get to mydestination, there is a small pool of liquid I have to clean in the cup holder. Read more

Love the fresh coffee. Delicious croissant sandwiches and hash browns. Donuts are very fresh.

Horrible service , been at dunkin customer for a long time coffee is very watery , spoken to a manager before give me a free... coffee not the point need to have better service and good coffee. Read more

Bruh first they never have donuts. No glaze or chocolate nor any flavor long Johns. Then they say they have strawberry banana... smoothies then at the window no bananas. When they were charging the card back, they said she accidentally double charged us andthen she had to pay us back double. I don?t know what?s going on. Read more

Went twice to this branch of Dunkin Donuts today- for drive thru. Jessica has been very rude in both trips. During the first... visit, I just asked for a cup holder, and she immediately made a face and acted annoyed by the request. I just let it pass. Thesecond time I came, I requested to change the meat of my order when I was about to pay. Again to my surprise, Jessica startedbanging the oven doors, making face and acted mad.. This time I had to speak up and talked to Emilia who is the one getting mypayment. After paying, while waiting for my order, Emilia closed the drive thru window and I see both of them laughing andacted as if they didn?t upset a customer. I know these are young students but somebody should teach them proper customerservice. They should be taught to be more polite, kind and accomodating to their customers! Read more

This will be the last time I visit this particular location. The last 4 visits in the drive thru have been a mistake. I always... order an XL extra charged hot coffee with 5 cream 7 sugar. Every single time, they?ve gotten it completely wrong. I?m given anXL original blend with 5 cream and 5 sugar. I also order it with a bit of ice and it always seems like it?s nearly cold enoughto be an iced coffee. I never complained to them as I felt they?re busy and just made a mistake once or twice. Today was thefourth time they?ve done this. It?s unfortunate seeing as how this location was on my way to work. I?ll go out of my way to thenext closest location on Willow Rd. They always get my order correct. Read more
