I had a very bad experience here yesterday. We had a group event and ordered individually using the group order link sent by... them. Turns out mine and several others did not get their sandwiches during our event. When I went to pickup mine, the lady atthe counter (owner?) was very upset (visibly). She decided to make me a sandwich but didn?t even let me look at the menu andchoose what I wanted..and rushed me in the ordering process. There was no on waiting in the queue and she made me feel like Iwas there for a free sandwich. Very insulting customer experience. I gave up and just took what was offered. It was horribleexperience I just wanted to walk out but unfortunately I prepaid through their site. I originally asked for whole wheat breadbut ended up with regular bread and cheese I hate. I didn?t know what toppings to choose (only if they patiently listened andgave me time). I will never go here again. I feel bad for employees who work there. The whole ?dealing with owner? experiencewas bad. Very unprofessional to keep a long face for a mistake that is technical in nature that I have no control over. Unpleasant servers + questionable mayonnaise (on one visit): I've been to many Jimmy John's -- nearly always ordering the same... thing: #6 (cheese and avocado) on thickly sliced wheat. Most have consistently good food and pleasant service. This location -which I have been to 3 times - is well below average. The first two times, the servers seemed indifferent - to the point ofalmost being rude. The 3rd time though (which has and will be my last) was clearly the worst: After getting my sandwich, Inoticed the mayonnaise didn't seem to taste right. I went back and asked if they could check the mayonnaise. They personbehind the counter said "we open it fresh every day", then turned his back and walked away. I said "could you at leastcheck/smell it". He responds .. without checking anything, "it is fine", and turns his back on me again.. After eating a bitmore of the sandwich, and being convinced it was "not my imagination", I asked again - told them I was not trying to get mymoney back - but I was concerned there may be an issue, the person just looked briefly at me, and turned away again. I went tothe Jimmy John's corporate website and filed a complaint (CAS-847196-V3J8C4). I received the response "All the feedback youprovided was escalated to the franchise owner of the location and their appropriate team members to address and resolve". After6 weeks, the franchise still has not contacted me! I will not be going back!! Read more
I have no issues with the food, but the delivery drivers are rude. I work nearby and see the drivers often. They literally throw... my food on my desk and leave. No smile nothing. Not sure if they dislike their job but dont take it out on the customers... Read more
The place is a great place to be at. Once I came in, I was greeted by the staff and I felt welcome immediately. The staff are... all very nice, and when I came up to the cashier, the asian lady who I suspect to be the owner/manager greeted me and explainedall the sandwich choices. She was very nice and also very patient. When I gave my order, I was surprised at how muchcoordination the staff showed when making my sandwich, which I got in about 30 seconds. The staff treats all people withrespect, even during this time of crisis. Highly recommended. Read more
Jimmy John's has pretty good subs and this location lives up to that. I particularly think the bread is excellent but they have... a lot of options for ingredients and that goes as far as offering a lettuce wrapped alternative for anyone looking to avoidbread for whatever reason. As sides they have several flavors of chips and also some cookies that are better than you mightexpect for something pre-wrapped. Overall it's a great place if you want a quick lunch. Read more
This is my first post as I don't believe in social media ratings as I work in the service industry and I feel that most people... want to complain. But I want to state that I just had the best fast food experience ever! My husband picked up my sandwich and(we have been ordering jimmy johns since college) but somehow the sandwich was made not the way I had asked my husband to getit. They made it properly and delivered it without concern. I love this jimmy johns and will continue to come here!! Read more
Higher prices here then national average, menu is not as quick to understand pricing either.
