My wife bought two happy meals. The woman that took her order was very rude and when she said can I get two 6 piece chicken... nuggets happy meals and she said sure that it? not to say what kinda sauce, do u want extra fries or apple slices. Than she getshome kids are excited and the food was ice cold , like stale or been sitting out all day. I called to complain, she said you canbring the food back in and we?ll put it back in fryer. I was shocked but than she clarified and said we?ll just replace theOrder. This McDonald?s is around the corner so we go often and the experiences are not getting better! Easily the highest quality McDonald?s I go to. Overall, this satisfied my craving and I'm definitely going back for their... breakfast menu for some hash browns and lots of Sausage McMuffins. They have never gotten my order wrong. The employees are verypleasant and provide excellent customer service. The restaurant is always very clean and the food is very fresh. Management hasbeen there for years. They seem to run very efficiently as well. This location is above and beyond other fast food restaurants.Always have great service and great food. Consistency of quality is super. I will definitely return here. Read more
Worst mcdonalds there is. Close to me that's why I go there but not anymore. I will go to a different one. I have gone so many... times and each time either something is missing or something is wrong. Yet I keep going. Today I ordered breakfast at 1028 fromthe self kiosk. After I payed they decided to say breakfast is over. I ask for a refund and their response is we will see. Wewill see??? You have my money and don't have what I asked so I want a refund. The manager at this location Sandra is a miserable human being does not care about the customer at all. We ordered food that was... made wrong (plain cheeseburger) and lightly Salted fries. They also tried fixing us coke when we asked for apple juice. We toldthe manager the order was wrong and she did not want to remake the food and completely ignored us in the drive thru until myhusband went in to get the food remade where she continued to try to ignore and the cashier apologized. Food has never been bad and frankly I think it's as close as I've ever seen a McDonald's get to the food in the ads. My only... gripe would be that it gets very very busy late and the drive thru can sometimes become a parking lot, but other than that it'sgreat. Keep it up! Read more
Ordered food for my family for dinner only to get home and start eating RAW BURGERS and a Filet of fish and not to mention the... 20 piece nugget!
