I am a Panera bread customer for long time. This location messed up my order . I ordered Chicken noodle soup one bowl- they... gave me broccoli cheddar soup which i could not eat. Also ordered avocado chicken melt and bbq chicken sandwich -they gave mesome sandwich which is a total waste. My $25.32 is a complete waste. Very disappointed. Read more

My soup was not good. I ordered creamy chicken wild rice and it tasted different. $8.50 for a bowl of soup is a pricey. I told... the manger and he informed me there was a gain shortage. So no flour? The soup was always whitefish creamy color this wasyellow. Tell people if you change your recipe. Read more

I don?t even know how old spinach was, literally dried. I couldn?t find any arugula inside as well

Came in for the first time. Place is small and the front counter is confusing. Waited at the first 2 registers and no one helped... us. Didn't realize there was another 2 registers on the other side with the menu items we wanted. No one took our orders thereeither just to see someone walk up to the first register and got thier order taken care of. Had to wait in line even when wewere there first. Then all of a sudden another staff member started taking orders at the second register we were just at. Staffsome more training on how to take care of customers and acknowledge us. Ordered the food, and we ate and then left. Food wasfine. Free bread was hard as a rock for my soup. Probably won't come back to this place. Other locations I've went to were fineand courteous. Friendly staff and quick service. Manager on duty goes beyond call of duty to correct any issues and really takes care of her... customers. Great neighborhood location with lots of families and professionals working side by side. Read more
