Plateia is a great local Mediterranean restaurant! The appetizers are top notch & fresh. The dinner entree portions are large,... extremely well made, and super delicious. The desserts are light, delicious, & the perfect size after a great meal. You cantaste the fresh ingredients, skill, & passion of the chef in every dish. The staff is very friendly, attentive, andknowledgeable about the menu. The outdoor patio is a fantastic & comfortable environment as long as the weather cooperates. Thealcohol selection is good for a restaurant, mostly middle shelf liqours with some top shelf bottles available as well. The mixeddrinks are well made & fairly priced. The menu has menu traditional Greek favorites that are always on point & never lacking inportion size. I'll definitely be back to keep eating my way across the entire menu! Read more

I went to this restaurant on Sunday, almost all the tables were full and it was very crowded. My friends and I ordered lamb,... chicken, Greek salad and Village salad. The chicken and fries were good, but the salads and lamb were much less thanexpected. The oil on the salads was a little bitter, the toast was too big and hard, and if anyone tried to eat them, theymight break their teeth????. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! Great authentic Greek fair in an upscale setting. The place was packed and... upbeat on a Friday night and they sat us in 10 minutes then we had a fantastic meal. We sat in the bar which was perfect and ourwaiter helped us with the menu picking a few apps and a great salad. I had the lamb chops which were incredible. The vibe isvery lively and fun. Great spot! The Strawberry Passion drink with Cruzan rum & the Mushroom Risotto were very good. Friendly and fast service. The lemon soup... was interesting but I got it with my meal bc our server forgot about it. The calamari was big and cooked well and the bread witholive oil was fresh. First time at this place, it was pretty busy but they have a big parking lot in back also which was nice. From the moment I... walked in the decorations was warm and inviting.
