No more servers, at least at this location. Touchscreen to order, then pick up your food when it?s ready. I think the menu is... only hamburgers, fries, chili and milkshakes. No salad or chicken sandwich. Still tastes good but the experience is missingsomething. Read more

They say that 3 strikes and your out but not me. I?m a glutton for punishment and today is the 6th and final strike. Huge lines... outside that take forever. The indoor kiosks are either not working or you cannot special order what it is you want. The littlestaff they do have would rather stare at you than address you with even a ?hi, welcome to Steak n Shake?. Nope they?d ratherpretend you are not there. This used to be a frequent stop for me but never again. Over priced mediocre food at best. Oh anddon?t bother calling they won?t even answer the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst service. I ordered #26 (original double) and #27 (single with lettuce, pickles and ketchup) and what I got you can see the... pictures. How can you demand $15 an hour if you can?t put a burger together. Read more
I finally found my favorite thing on the menu. The foot long chili dog is awesome and pretty cheap too! Service was fast, but we... did come outside of a common meal time. I would come back if I was in the area, I want to try some of their limited holidaythemed shakes sometime. Read more
I love steak'n shake, but this location is super dirty, booths need to be vacuumed out and everything in the dining area has... greasy fingerprints covering everything. Went back a week later and nothing had changed, probably hasn't been cleaned in months,would not take kids here. Read more
