So I was at an event being held at this venue. Rooms were not prepared when we arrived for the setup time provided, and the... floor was requested to be mopped, staff did mop, but the floor was still sticky all night, also the food was good, but tableswere 10 guests per table, and table serving were short, guests were requesting more salad, due to everyone not receiving any,when it was passed around the table. We were told that there is no more salad. So the main course came out, and the same shortserving came out this time with the vegetables and pasta. The chicken came out only dark meat. I asked the host of the event ifit was only supposed to be dark meat, and her answer was no of course. Simply just not enough food for the table. Men restroomthe water was off, how was male guest or staff who use the restroom supposed to wash their hands (???? ???? ????). The Womenrestroom had no soap, the ladies requested soap and I believe they fix that issue. All issues were relayed to staff members andthe Manager on the property. Also, there was an outlet hanging from the wall, which caused us to relocate a speaker directlybehind the guest's heads. Read more

We came here yesterday for my parents anniversary. Terrible, very disappointed! Years ago this restaurant had the best food in... Glenwood. The food was terrible, over priced, over cooked, no flavor... no more cloth napkins, and glassware.. plastic tablesbut they did have cloth covering, plastic cups we felt like we were eating inside of a maintenance car garage. The sour creamand butter for the baked potatoes arrived in to-go packets. The 18% was already included in the bill for lousy services. Paidover $200 for $10 service. Never again ???? Read more

Really enjoyed the night here. Came out for a performer's birthday party. The place was pretty spacious, nicely decorated with... ample seating. The customer service was good as well and security was on point and oh so polite. I saw that there was also anoutside dining and bar area which was great, in addition to the inside bar and dancing area with slot machines. There was abuffet available but I didn't partake but everyone I spoke to said the food was very good so I'm looking forward to trying thatthe next time. My one gripe would be the liquor prices because they were on the high side. After buying two small cups of winefor $16 and some change from one bartender, the second bartender tried to charge me $28 for the same? Ummm no I can buy a bottleat most places for that amount.
