Most of the time service Is great. But that's only if we visit during the hours of the super friendly lady. Recently we've... waited to be served while employees choose to carry on personal conversations, while improperly wearing masks. Then afterwaiting, employees are very rude. They mess up the order and still make us wait an additional 30-45 minutes after alreadywaiting an hour. Not pleased. Read more
Whatever you do, do NOT order pizza from here. We placed an online order several hours in advance on Friday, my husband went to... get our pizza and waited for 15 minutes. After 15 mins, my husband asked for an update, and they then told him they gave ourorder to someone else. The staff member asked if my husband wanted her to put in another pizza, after he had already been therewaiting for 15 mins. Pizza pick up is an absolute train wreck every time we order. Read more

About six months ago we ordered two pizzas from Casey's and they were undercooked with semi-raw dough. Tonight we attempted to... use the online ordering system and it failed. There was a deal for for two single topping pizzas for $9.99 each. The websitekept would not allow us add a topping for an additional fee and wanted to also charge us more for sausage instead of beef. Dueto the online hiccup we had to call to get pizzas ordered. The lady who answered the phone stated she would honor the onlinedeal and only charge us for the additional topping. By calling in we lost our place in line and the pizza was quoted to be readyat 5:50 PM instead of a half hour earlier. Upon arriving at 5:50 they did not even have our order and thought we ordered onlyBacon Cheese Fries. They checked their tickets and stated we only ordered one pizza and cheese bread sticks. Then they accusedus of calling twice when they found the second pizza. Finally after picking them up about 30 minutes later than quoted we werecharged close to $40 for an order that should been $25 to ($30 max). To ice the cake they charged and gave us for two cheesebreadsticks when we ordered one. After this and the uncooked doughy pizza in the past we will only patronize Dominos, PizzaHut, etc. Anywhere, but Casey's! I'm usually a regular here and I have never had an issue but I am currently waiting for a pizza and I arrived earlier than... expected and just out of curiosity asked about my pizza and got nothing but attitude from the cooks and I get we all getstressed at work but I work in Healthcare and even when I'm stressed I never give my clients attitude so I don't think I'll begetting pizza here anymore I'll go elsewhere and not get treated badly Read more
