Went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals (a #5 and a #2b). When the girl handed me the sack there were no fries. When... I asked for my fries they told me they weren?t rung in and said I would have to go wait in the line and order them or comeinside and order. This is the 2nd time in a row they?ve gotten my order wrong and then been rude to me about it. Read more

Drive thru is quick but somehow my order is always wrong, sometimes I don?t get it complete or sometime I just get a whole... different order. It doesn?t matter if it?s breakfast or dinner it always happens to me.. just because is the closest fast foodrestauant I keep going but I?m getting tired of pay for stuff that I?m not getting. If I check my order at the window I alwayshave to wait longer for them to make it right this might be the worst Mc donalds I have gone to. Cashier was polite. Second window person gave me the wrong size drink. When I asked for a correction, she threw the full drink... in the bin with an attitude and gave me a large drink but diet Dr. Pepper instead of diet coke like I ordered. Then she told methat I ordered wrong since I ordered the spicy chicken without sauce which was the spicy sauce (I meant I didn't want mayo). She didn't ask me if I really meant to do that. She just told me the regular chicken was a different number and gave me theplain sandwich. If this is her normal demeanor, maybe she shouldn't be in customer service. Read more
Gave us not only two packages of apple slices per kid's meal, one in each being expired... maybe boxes prepped another day? ... Also for some reason they don't mix up their mocha ice coffees, have to stir them ourselves... but this last trip was betterthan last, keep improving folks, you have great potential ???? Read more
First window girl was awesome. Second window was pushy. Got my food wrong and see the picture attached. That is how they gave me... my fries after paying $10 for a burger fries and a drink. I called to speak with a manager and she was very dismissive. I havegotten food here alto and it is never right. Check your bag before you leave for sure. Read more
Use the app. Picked up through the drive-through. The food portion of my order was fine and fast and ready. The coffee portion... of my order they asked me to pull up front. I waited in the vehicle for 15 minutes. Then went inside and they were still workingon it supposedly. I told him to forget it and walked out. So basically I just blew about four bucks in a non-existent latte.They didn?t offer any substitutions, they didn?t offer a refund for that portion of my order. Won?t stop through again. Read more
