Every experience with this pizza hut has been terrible, unfortunately. Most recently, I placed an order and was told around 40... mins for delivery. It ended up taking 1.5 hrs to get cold pizza. After I called and told them, they did give me some storecredit which was nice. However, they never said that I need to use all the credit or lose it on my next order! So my next orderwas smaller and they never told me on the phone that the unusued credit would be gone if I didn't use it. It wasn't until Itried getting a sauce cup at the pickup window that I was told my $10+ credit was gone. I asked to speak with a manager aboutit, but was told there were none and that I could leave my name and number and they would call. That was a week ago and Ihaven't heard anything. My most recent order was extremely over cooked, and not all toppings I ordered were on my pizza, yet I payed for them. The... sandwiches hardly had any meat on them, and was completely unsatisfactory. I occasionally get good food there, but not thistime. I will surely think twice next time. Read more
First time I came here I ordered wings. I?ve had better wings from the frozen aisle at the grocery store. Wings were dry and... seems like they had been sitting for awhile and no sauce on wings. Plus they were supposed to be bone in and they gave meboneless. 2nd tome my wife ordered a pizza drove there to pick it up and the person working up there told her o sorry we dinteven see your order. So she waited another 20 min. The pizza had very little cheese and no sauce. Will not be visiting again.Save your time and go to another location or just go buy a frozen pizza you will enjoy it a lot better. Read more
