Very Childish attitudes a lot of cussing and saying I should close this place down early, the kitchen staff was throwing stuff... across the kitchen and saying that they should shut the kitchen down and saying they don?t have time for this. Please cook the pizza, a few more minutes maybe the crust would not be doughy and cheese fully melted.
I don?t remember the guys name but he was work till on 8/25/2022 at 9:15 or around that time. I worked in to grab a few things... and he had a bad attitude with me and made me feel as if I shouldn?t have came in and the door was locked. While I was walkingin he was counting down his till to. someone please explain to me how i got $50 taken out of my card when i didn?t even have $50? i only had 36.00 in my card. i paid... $21 for gas then 7.76 for chips, slice of pizza, and a bottles Mt. Dew? they told me that the card machine wasn?t goingthrough.. i tried it 3 times! so i ended up paying in cash.. not only that but i tried to call there to see what is going on 4times!! I wouldn't even give them a full 1 star. The management that has taken over is running this store into the ground! Never have... burgers, or bacon, or chicken strips for that matter. Coolers are constantly empty. The only reason this store is still open isbecause of the rewards program. It's a shame you can't even get anyone to answer when you call there, I've been in there beforeand the purposely ignore the phone. Order online and 99% of the time there is something on my order that they never have, itneeds a whole new management team because the girl running it is a joke! Someone that knows what their doing!! Call in a pizza order and they say 20 min wait time. Get here and both employees are outside smoking. Then when they go in they... say they had a big order they were working on and haven't started ours. Almost an hour later and still waiting for our pizza.Too bad we paid for it already or I would leave!! Get your act together Casey's!! Read more
Used to be an ok place, but recently has really went down hill. All I can say is good luck ordering a pizza, and the cashiers... are so complacent it will probably take anywhere from 15-20 min just to pay for your gas, that's if there is nobody in line. Iwould recommend anywhere else in town to get gas. Read more
