My family was there at about 7pm. Food was good but when My husband and myself told 2 staff members that the pickled beets were... bad and that they tasted fermented they did nothing did not take them off the salad bar, before I left I did talk to the managerand he stated that he tasted them from the fridge and he opened a new can and they tasted fine. He did not try the ones on thesalad bar. I was sitting in a booth so I was able to see the salad bar and nobody removed them until just after I talked to themanager. Read more
Ordered one pizza. Took 25 minutes to make, staff was wandering the back. No apologies for poor service.

Disappointed? we had ordered $50 worth of food off of their deals menu only for them to call 45 minutes later saying they were... out of small pans and if it?d be okay if we received medium cactus bread instead. I said it was fine and they hung up. I thensee my card get charged for $66 and when I called to ask what was up they said they couldn?t honor the coupons anymore becauseof the size difference. If I had known I was going to be paying $15+ more I would?ve just cancelled. I was expect $5. Wheneverwe?ve ordered elsewhere and something like this happens, we?ve been told sorry and the price difference is waived? why are webeing penalized for your lack of pans? ? Pizza Ranch is simply amazing! I'm from IN, so whenever I come to MN I make sure Pizza Ranch is on my to do list. The staff is... super friendly and helpful, the food is awesome, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. I love it! I had them deliverpizza to my bf (who lives in MN and I live in Indiana ????) at his work for his birthday as a surprise. They were helpful, anddelivered the pizza right on time. One of the best pizza ranches i have been in, food was great non as greasy as other places. Atmosphere was small town warm and... inviting on a cold autumn night. They looked to be abit understaft and being hit with alot of take out that friday night. Overall i will gladdly be coming back to here anytime i want comfort buffet foods. Read more
