It takes forever when u go through the drivethru. You sit there and have to wait for everyone inside to get everyone inside... first to get there food it seems like. Would not recommend to use the drivethru. Read more
The day shift here is absolutely amazing! I?m in almost every day at noon and every time they greet me by name! They?re always... in a good mood and know my sandwich by heart... I don?t have to tell them anything and it?s made perfectly every time! I?m alsovery impressed with their work efficiency! Everyone has their job in the line and the flow of getting customers through isflawless! I?m never in there more then 5 min! I don?t know how they do it with the chaos that goes on at lunch in dealing withthe drive thru, customers in house, and online orders all at one time! I give them Major props everyday for working so welltogether and I tell them this often! I hope they?re rewarded for their hard work because they absolutely deserve it! Read more
Good place for a quick bite to eat. Never have an issue with this place. Prices are a bit high in my opinion for what you get.... Not overly crowded ever so service is quick most if the time. Seating available inside and outside and does offer drive-thruservice. Read more
I have LOVED Subway Restaurants ALL MY LIFE, but THIS experience has pretty much RUINED everything good that I've ever thought... of Subway. On this particular visit, I did an online pick up order at the Glenwood, MN Subway and the employees that wereresponsible for the EXTREMELY poor service were a couple of fellas by the names of Shawn and Keegan. To make a very long, veryirritating, and very disappointing story short; I'll just say that NOBODY should EVER have to go back into a store 3 TIMES inorder to get exactly what they ordered, exactly HOW they ordered it!!! Also, CHEESE is a VERY important ingredient in a Subwaysandwich and it should NEVER be FORGOTTEN!!! INFACT, EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT that is used to customize a sub IS IMPORTANT!!! Itis also VERY IMPORTANT to put the correct portions of ingredients on the sub- Regular lettuce, Regular black olives, and Regularpickles DOES NOT mean that you get 5 shreds of lettuce, 4 black olives, and 4 pickles on a FOOTLONG sub! And lastly, when acustomer calls you out on something that is wrong with the product that they served you, an Employee SHOULD fix what they didwrong! DO NOT roll your eyes and huff, puff, and sigh at the customer-trying to act like the customer is the PROBLEM!!! Afterall was said and done, I had requested a call from the store manager to discuss everything that was wrong with my visit andSURPRISE, SURPRISE- I received NO CALL AT ALL! I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS SUBWAY OR ANY SUBWAY EVER AGAIN UNTIL THIS SITUATIONIS RECTIFIED and I have no problem spreading the word about my experience to warn others about what might happen to them aswell.
