My child just burnt her hand trying to wash hands after using the bathroom. BOILING HOT steaming water coming out from the... faucet! There is no sign anywhere. Bathroom is open for customers. When I reached out to the cashier, he said that ??oh yes, weknow about it, we already called the plumber this morning?? (we were there around 4PM). What?! You called the plumber but youdidn?t put the sign up or closed the bathroom??? This is DANGEROUS!!! My child burnt the skin, it?s red and painful. Cashierdidn?t apologize, didn?t try to smooth the situation? opposite: he yelled at me and said it?s not his fault. This is absolutelyunacceptable! Read more
This place says they were open 24 hours and I arrive and they say they close at 10 and it was 9:55. Is it hard to stay another 5... minutes? Give me a break... Read more
Only one bathroom open for customers other is locked for the employee's use only! LONG line for use. This is the 1st gas stop... off the interstate with 12 fuel pumps. SHOULD HAVE BOTH BATHROOMS OPEN FOR CUSTIMERS!!!!! FAIL!!! Read more
Stopped here to get gas on a road trip during covid. Customers were not all wearing masks in the store (even though it was... supposed to be required at the time) and there was virtually no signage saying masks were required. The only sign was on theback of a glass door that was propped open so you couldn?t even see the sign. Staff seemed to have no issues with customers notwearing masks inside. On top of that the restrooms were ?out of order? which I?m not even sure I actually believed. Read more
Stopped to grab a soda and use the bathroom. There was a huge line of people before me waiting to use the restrooms as well.... Finally when it was my turn the lady in front of me told me they were out of toilet paper so I told one of the workers who spokevery rudely to me in front of everybody and said she was going to clean the bathroom so We?d have to wait. She left for aboutfive minutes and then came back and put toilet paper in the bathroom and as she was leaving I asked if she?d finished cleaningand she got angry at me again and then wandered off for another five minutes. There was a line clear back to the entrance behindme waiting for the restrooms and she deliberately embarrassed me in front of everyone. She could have just let everyone use therestroom and done something else productive in the meantime. She must be a very miserable woman to be so rude andunprofessional. After driving for 2 hours, stopped into this spot to use restroom. Employee was standing outside bathroom with the sign bathroom... closed for cleaning. I asked if I could quickly use before she cleaned, I was told no because boss wanted it cleaned.SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I understand that. However that store was busy, I was in the car for 2 hours , pick a better time than when yourstore is at its busy hours. Read more
