My best friend and I came to order food while on vacation and first off they didn't have the bread that we wanted and they... didn't apologize or tell us what kind they had left and then they started toasting our subs when we asked for none. And the girlwho was doing the toppings station was upset that I wanted all the veggies on my sandwich she was mad that I wanted them andthen kept asking if thats all we wanted and continued to be upset that we wanted toppings on 2 other sandwiches. Never cominghere again. They were rude as well to begin with. Read more

We ordered online and our order was completely wrong... messed up one sandwich adding randoml things in it and the 2nd was just... the meat correct and everything else wrong.... I understand mistakes happen but how hard is it to read a screen and put it onbread... or as suggested the computer messed up then why not fix them or replace them if it was a computer issue? Came in before closing and the workers gave us the dirtiest look. Before we started ordering ?we already put away brisket,... meatballs, and so on? tried to order sliders ?we already put away sliders?. You close at 8pm not 7:30pm. When you close at 8pmput away food at 8pm after you lock the doors. Do not tell customers you can not make items on the menu when you are still openand do not treat customers rude because you want to get out of work. If you can not do your job adequately and stay untilclosing you should not have a job in the first place. And as we were walking out the worker flipped the sign to close eventhough they were still open. Read more

The young lady that waited on me today built me a great sandwich. Always had great service and sandwiches at this store when... traveling through Glenwood Springs. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Read more

No wonder why people get sick eating at this Subway location. I went in for lunch from work to order a sub. The girl there with... glasses looked sicker than a dog (white faced, nausea). Her manager was leaving the store as I was ordering and she said ?I?msorry your sick, we?re short staffed today otherwise I?d send you home. I hope you feel better.? I was the only one in thisstore at the moment. I looked to the girl making my sub and said are you alright? And she replied, ?Not really. I shouldn?t beat work handling food right now but we?re short staffed.? At that moment I told her to stop making the sub, and I left. It?sagainst every health code/law to keep her there contaminating the food, making customers sick. Manager should have sent herhome, I want clean, heathy people preparing my food. Not sick ones. Absolutely horrible service. The sandwich I ordered completely fell apart when opened, went back to ask if there was something... they could do and they made it seem like I was in the wrong. I used to work for subway and would never give anyone a sandwhichlike the one they gave me. Disgusting. Read more

I got real sick to my stomach when I was half way through my sandwich. 30 minutes later I was real sick from my stomach all thru... the night. Not eating there again then my husband told me he hears that they usually don't pass their inspection. Read more

I'm no food critique, but upon walking in and seeing the mess of used food containers and lids just sitting on top of the food... bar, plus the toaster being broken for a long while, the two servers behind the counter lacked even the most simple customerservice skills to make this visit decent. The sandwich I ordered was made more like a big pile of somewhat edible stuff, than asandwich. The cold meatballs really topped it off though, along with the question, and I quote, "do you want any sauces orwhatever?" I'm going to voice that this subway either needs employees who care about the customers that walk through the doorlooking for a decent meal or snack, or a new manager that can actually make sure said employees are doing the job they werehired to do, instead of throwing stuff on an old loaf of bread, and calling it good. I would not recommend this restaurant toanyone in town or otherwise because of the horrible organization and poor cleanliness of this store. I for one will not bereturning to either subway in Glenwood due to the lack of presentable food, and coherent employees. Former subway fan out... Nothanks. Read more
