We ordered two quarters pounders. I took 3 bites out of mine. And my hamburger patty was very red. I called the store and the... night shift manager made it right. Thank Isaac M night shift manager. Store owner your staff needs to be trained on how to cookproperly. This is the same issue I had a few years ago. That made me stop eating McDonald's. I will not be back ever again. Read more
Was asked to move to the waiting lane up front when no one was behind me. Waiting for my meal no one else went through. Why,... because your trained to push people threw and not serve people a meal. Try better. Read more

Been here a few times while traveling through. The staff have always been nice. I order on the app whenever possible because I... make lots of customizations to my order, and they've gotten everything right every time. So, especially for a McDonald's, that'sworth all 5 stars! This is a typical McDonald's in globe AZ. It has all the sandwiches and drinks that a typical McDonald's should have. Stopped by... this McDonald's after spending some time at Roosevelt lake. It was a nice McDonald's. The bathrooms were clean. The foods werehot and fresh. Employees were kind and helpful. Would recommend is McDonald's if you're in the globe Arizona area. Read more
