Never again This place is like is very dirty had to clean the table myself. That cashier was very rude. We came with kids to... grab something quick with friends we ordered 3 separate orders all of them ware messed up. We ordered latte nobody in this placehave any idea how to do latte so they told us that espresso machine would take like 20 mins to clean :DDDDDDD.so we end it upwith regular Caffe never been refund it for latte. Kids had to spend 40 min waiting for milk shakes when we tried to talk to the cashier where are the shakes if they cannot do it if they could refund us for it she was screaming that she is very busy. Imworking in a restaurant and i know exactly how busy looks like. She called the police on us even though we did nothing wrong wejust asked for refund or for the food that we paid for her friends ware hanging out there they ware acting very dengeroustowards us. i was with kids and did not want any trouble. No manager on site nobody is responsible for anything there. dirtyplace and that terrible cashier with color hair lol . and belive me im restaurant manager so i know what im talking about .Someone should close that place for ever and the cashier should end up in jail with her friend. I loved this place for years as a child and the years growing up as an adult. But the last couple of years this place has really... gone downhill. We barely come anymore and we live right down the street. One time I ordered delivery for dinner for my largefamily. I ordered at 6 pm. It said delivery in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later it says leaving restaurant soon. 4-5 hourslater!!!!! I get a message saying my order has been canceled. Went in to grab some dinner. Staff was swearing non stop, having conversations instead of working and not paying attention to... the 3 guests waiting in the dining room. Also why don't employees have to handle food with gloves? Worst McDonalds on the North Shore. Read more
The interior dining area was completely filthy. Sticky soda drips everywhere, napkins on the floor with fries and other food... left. No one is cleaning the area. My drinks were not served so I had to wait and ask for them. They were not made properly.This location caters to drive through and not walk in. Don't bother eating here. Read more
Always dirty sometimes the doors are locked cuz no one shows up for work or they are short staffed. If u don't drive u can't go... through the drive thru. So explain that to a 4 yr old who all she is wanting is a happy meal. It's ridiculous get it togethermcds . For real Read more
Honestly this location is hit or miss... Bring back the Latinos.. They take pride in their job... Tonight I was at the second... speaker box and was ignored... The employee took 3 cars and never addressed me to take my order... I had to drive up and orderat the window.. This is consistently the worst McDonald?s in the nation. If they happen to get your order correct, the fries will be soggy and... the burger will be dry. Communicating with the staff is very difficult because most of them speak very little English. Read more
