Great seafood and service! We had a late lunch after some quick sightseeing in Gloucester. I found out from the Visitors Center... that all the restaurants used local Gloucester seafood but she specifically recommended this place. Karli took care of us todayand it was nice chatting with her AND getting excellent service. The food was reasonably priced and the portions were huge.Everything was super fresh and the colossal shrimp cocktail had the biggest shrimp I’ve ever eaten. If you go to Gloucesterand want seafood you should come here to eat it. They have a view outside as well as a patio if you want to dine outside. Read more
Everyone is friendly, the service is incredible and the food is amazing. We started at the bar as we waited for a deck table.... The drinks are generous and affordable. Once seated our server was with us and provided a great experience. We started with thefried clams-delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had and I grew up on the Cape! My first trip was beyond exceptional; food and drink were both soo good. My server, Eric also very good. However, it was a... disappointment when I eagerly drove an hour to bring my sister, who was visiting from Texas, but greatly disappointed that theexactly same drink taste no where near the same. The appetizer was not plated or the same. My entree actually did taste same andwe still had a good server not a phenomenal as Eric but she definitely did a great job too. However, before entree did arrive,we decided I would get it to go. The temperature was dropping and cool breeze was just a tad too much us for us. We were cold.It is still worth the drive, on warm day or bring a jacket. The atmosphere, view and service alone makes it a nice place to tohave drink and a bite. Read more
We had lunch here and really enjoyed it. It’s easy to get to. They have parking and it’s close to other parking lots &... street parking. They don’t take reservations but we only waited a short time. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating aswell as a bar. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our food was really good and good sized portions. I definitely recommendgoing here. Read more
My wife and I had a wonderful meal here last night. My spouse had a lovely halibut dinner; I had a magnificent fried scallop... dinner. Portions were large; service was great and the ambiance was lovely. I highly recommend dining here. Get here earlybecause it is quite popular. You can also call ahead. Read more
I can't say enough about this place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The service (very friendly staff), the food (so... fresh), the ambiance (romantic and also family friendly)... everything was EXCELLENT! Everything that we ordered were cooked toperfection and the seafood was absolutely fresh! On top of that the portions were big too! One dish is good enough for twopeople. Wish we live closer but will definitely go back here whenever we are in the area again. So happy that my husband pickedthe perfect place for my birthday celebration! ?? Read more
Amazing food, great portions, even better service! Lobster BLT is massive! Almost enough for 2 people. The Lobster Mac had... massive chunks of lobster throughout the whole pan. Went into a coma immediately after finishing. Along with the Firecrackershrimp. Lightly battered and crispy, perfectly seasoned, with the right amount of blue cheese! Place was bustling, energetic, and at the same time kid-friendly. Servers were nice, accommodating, and attentive. Menu has a... wide selection and portions are HUGE! The calamari was crispy / crunchy and at the same time delicately soft. The New Englandbaked haddock was done perfectly including the mashed potatoes and green beans.
