It?s just crap food. The quality of food is awful compared to regular sub shops. The workers seem to be hard workers, but... overall it?s just an awful company with awful food. I really don?t know how they haven?t gone bankrupt over the years and howthey are so popular; not to mention a pedophile was their spokesperson for many many years. I won?t eat there again. Read more
Went in on Thursday 8/12 and this kid that waited on me made me super uncomfortable saying strange things then started saying... stuff about my appearance and the way I walk cause I have a bad knee. I emailed the manager to tell him to maybe have a talkwith his weirdo employee and he responded with the stupidest, scripted email back. Basically isn?t doing anything to fix thesituation. Went in with a co worker. They messed up his sandwich and used mine to correct it (both ordered same sandwich) only I wanted... mine toasted as well. They were too busy correcting the first one that they completely ignored my request of having it toasted.I wasn't sure if they heard me and asked again for it to be toasted only to be ignored and have my sandwich passed down the lineto the next station where they started putting the veggies and oil on (past the point of having them toast it) verydisappointed. Only eat here maybe 3-4 times a month. Will have no issue going to Greg's and paying a little extra to actuallyget what I want. Read more
A very well placed sub shop. But there are too many rival sub shops in this town altogether. If your in a hurry or just want to... order and relax while people watching, this is the place. The employees are very friendly as well as the owner who is there fromtime to time. The service is great and the portions very much improved... after all this , this subway is definitely the one togo to... I'm speaking from experience. Placed an online order. Got home and was missing a cookie we paid for. The club sandwich we ordered had olives we didn?t... request, was missing the avocado we paid extra for, and was not toasted. Employees need to read the order more closely. Read more
