Food was good but the service could be a lot more friendly. This is the 2nd occasion here that I've been standing at the... "pickup" area and ignored for 5 minutes like I'm invisible waiting for a mobile app order. Best advice for this location is toavoid using the app and just order in-person. Used the drive thru, fast friendly service. Food was hot and fries were nice and crispy. Much better than McDonald's.
I don't understand all of the bad reviews.. This this is my family and I's absolute favorite A&W location.. The staff go out of... their way to accommodate your you're ordering preferences. They allow you To customize your items while using a coupon. Mostplaces would never let you do that.... & they serve you right at your table! My Husband is keto so he likes to get his burgersmade a certain way certain way and the they always get it right. We just went there yesterday and the food was so fresh, Theburgers were steaming, the sweet potato fries were so fresh and yummy. Read more
I generally enjoy coming to this location, although there has been a few hiccups in the past. I once found hair in my burger... which turned me off from coming here for a bit, but decided to give it another go. I tried the new jalapeno beyond meat burgertoday and WOW, if you love spice, you will love this burger. It is spicy. Their original beyond meat burger is also really goodif you are not into spicy foods. The jalapeno burger does not come with pickles, so if you are a pickle fan, make sure you addsome on. Service is always friendly and food was served hot and fresh. I enjoyed dining in here today. Staff were also wearinghair nets which is awesome and the kitchen is open concept, so you can see what's going on back there.
