Went here for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. We were seated at a table that wasn't set so we just reached over and took... some napkins and utensils from a nearby table. Our server immediately lost interest in us when a larger table was seated besideus. He never refilled our bread, salad, soup or drinks, but was happily refilling everything for the table beside us. My Pepsisat empty for about 15 minutes which was a shame because the chicken parm was extremely overcooked and it would've been nice toget rid of that burnt taste. We should've sent it back but we never spoke to our server again for the duration of our visit.This was my favourite restaurant before today but I've never felt so ignored in my life and it was absolutely horrible. I neverwant to go back here again. Hope it was worth losing long term customers for the sake of the larger table's tip. The restaurantcontacted us and sent us three $10 gift cards. These gift cards are dine in only and we can only use one per visit. Thanks for$10 off our next meal but I don't fancy paying to give you guys a second chance. Read more
Went for dinner and the food was awful. Didn’t even get what I ordered. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the waiter... was lovely and he was nice enough to remove my meal from the bill completely and give my husband a discount on his. I orderedthe Linguine Chicken Amatriciana and when it came, the vegetables were cold and there was not a single piece of chicken found inmy plate. My husband ordered the chicken parm with extra baked cheese added to the pasta (for extra fee) and the pasta not onlycame without cheese but the noodles were almost bare. The little sauce that was in the pasta was flavourless. Never been sodisappointed with a restaurant. It wasn’t even busy on a Saturday night so that couldn’t even be used as an excuse. This isthe only time I’ve ever complained about food because I don’t want to be a bother and I’m pretty easy to please but thiswas on a whole other level of bad. Read more
I came with my family to celebrate my holiday and Lisa our sever was so patient and calm when serving us. She was extremely busy... and she still acted like we were the only ones in the restaurant. I would come back 1 million times if Lisa is my server! Thankyou Lisa! Read more

Good place for family dining, clean and nicely decorated. Menu offers a variety of Italian dishes, with a kid's menu as well. ... We went on a Friday night and it wasn't packed and got a booth immediately. Service was good, wouldn't hurt if the waitress wasa little more jovial or welcoming, but it wasn't a big deal, could've been a long day. Overall it's always a good experience atEast Side... With tankful and advice to go down to a family typerestaurant from the gas attendant and my gal pal buddy exiting costco, we drove down the street and saw Mario's and it turnedout to be East side Mario's and we saw Marathon. We drove around the back and of both of them in the parking lot viewing thenumber of cars and she chose East side Mario's. We sat outside and walking through the place it was sort of a family stylefranchisee bar restaurant sort of most the restaurant thing and nicely designed as well. Low lighting inside. Mostly empty andwelcome to covid-19 world. We ate outside and sat away from everybody else to stay safe. The service was excellent and I thinkthe girls went to the same tattoo parlor and we're friends and the guy was very helpful too. The food looked good but it wasmore like a 3.6 on 5. However everything else was definitely pleasant and well served and they took their time and theyexplained the menus and the service was excellent and the waitering team of two gals and a guy we're totally professional andvery excellent and lovely friendly and prompt. One of the gals explain they were low staff but there weren't many people. Ithought they did a great job. We took home the food and was even better than fresh in the restaurant being re-nuked. The pizzatook a reheat perfectly well and that was globs of white apparently goat cheese. Two types of meat and one was decent qualityanother one was kind of fatty but it was okay. The waitress wasn't feeling too polite this day and showed some attitude. The side dish was really good. The soups weren't so... great. The bread was good. Overall I don't recommend this particular restaurant or location unless you ran out of restaurantoptions to try out. Read more
