I came through the drive through. Customer servise was amazing. Cashiers and order takers were charming. The only reason that it... is not a 5 star rating is because my big mac had mayo instead of big mac sauce. Mistakes might happen with orders, right? But how you handle that customer says everything about your staff and how you?ve... trained them. I?m beyond thrilled with my experience that didn?t start off so great but surely ended with a loyal customer ofthis location ???????????????? Need a meal quick and don't want to wait for the cashier to come out from the busy kitchen? Then order on the kiosk or the app.... This restaurant is short-staffed right now and the time they spend with you on the cash could be better spent in the kitchenmaking your meal. And if you want to spend time complaining then that is also time spent not making your food. The staff isfriendly, fast and efficient. Their food quality did not go under in the shortage . Read more

Manager Ahmed was good to me - they're clearly suffering from being short-staffed. Ordered some fries, they were stale - I gave... him a call, he said "mention my name, we'll give you free fries next time". Accountability goes a long way - I appreciate theprofessionalism; my wife was able to pick them up a week later. Read more

SUPER slow service. Manager ahmed was walking around but not acknowledging the people that had been waiting for their orders.... Someone had to ask him if they are going to keep drinks (like iced coffees, tea, etc). No apologies for the wait. I ordered alarge iced coffee and it took 15 minutes to make. Probably the slowest location ever. I also noticed one of the staff weremaking the crispy chicken wrap and broke one of the chicken strips in half and wrapped it like that to so they are also cheapingout on the food. Read more

Was there late from Friday into Saturday morning....and the employees working there proceeded to tell us that they had no food... and was only serving drinks...and when I questioned them about having no food they proceeded to laugh at me like it was thefunniest thing to be asking for food at a restaurant. Very Unprofessional behavior. If my employees were like that to customersthey would be fired on the spot. There managers should really speak to them about proper customer service....I would have put a0 start rating if was possible. Read more

We went to this location to eat in with the kiddos to finish off a day of fun at a special event! We know with our detailed... order it's safer to use the kiosk to enter our order. We picked table service to give it a try. Shortly after our food arrivedhot,properly made and we all eat our meals happily! One of the kiddos has now noticed the donuts! We hurry over to the cashnoticing there are only 2 sprinkle donuts left. I buy 6 donuts because who can resist a tiny Boston cream! I pay and she asks ifI would like it brought over to my table. Still glowing from my first expense with table service I said yes. I should have justwaited but alas I did not. 10 minutes goes by... long gone are the 2 sprinkle donuts that the kids wanted.... I was hopeful thatthey were safely packed away waiting to be brought out. I decide to go get the donuts myself since the kids have been superpatient at this point. After a short interaction with the nice drive through lady I realize they had forgotten my order. Afteranother 10 minutes waiting for the manager we left with no donuts but our money back.
