Food is always amazing!! Hit or miss with the servers, last time had a very lovely older male who was very friendly and checked... on us multiple times. This evening had a female who left us with empty drinks, very little enthusiasm. Both me and my partnerwere surprised at how many times she walked past our table to chat with other servers yet our drinks were empty, no napkins.Hopefully a better server next time because the food is worth it, just sucks when the server does not attend to the table untilits time to collect the bill. Fantastic food. The server we had was super nice. Very tentative. She was always checking to bring us drinks or more ribs. But... was not pushy. She was super. I wish all waitresses were this good ???? Read more
Came in for dinner and had the wings and fajitas. Both were really good. The wings are crunchy and not bathing in sauce. Just... how I like them. Chicken fajitas was a nice big portion and came out pipping hot. Friendly quick service. A lot of parking allover. Read more
Update - visited here last week and it was a completely different & better experience. Have increased rating to 4... stars. Everyone was satisfied all of our meals were delicious. I appreciate that they have added some healthier options to theirmenu and the decor inside was fresh and much better than a few yearsago!! *********************************************** Friend's beer actually had broken glass in it. One of my favourite restaurant in Ottawa, you can?t go wrong with beef ribs although others are good too
We live nearby, so we eat here on a regular base with or without the kids. We love love the food and service is great and... usually go for the beef rib and steak, spinach dip and dessert . Today was our wedding aniversary, no kids just us taking iteasy. We waited quite a few minutes to be greeted by our server so my husband was busy on his phone which I feel ticked off ourserver. He showed up without introducing himself just staring at my husband and then leaned forward waving to get his attention.I actually felt like leaving right away which we should have but we stayed... And that was when it started. Passive agressiveand condescendent behavior through out our stay. we ordered our usual drinks, For personal reason alchool free the montanas muleended up being ginger been with a smidge of lemon juice. Different drink different taste. Then the spinach dip came and lookedlike it was microwaved(picture enclosed). I felt like in an episode of kitchen nightmare. Then time started to drag for our maincourse. So we left. We paid for what we ate and we left and it was our last time at this location. Read more

Laryssa is such an awesome server! Everytime time we go we always hope that she's going to be there. Laryssa makes the whole... experience even better. I mean, of course, the food is delicious but as our server, Laryssa is always very kind, attentive,sweet, funny and thorough. She never forgets anything, brings you what you want without you even asking (refills!) and alwaysmakes the experience very pleasant. I think she deserves a very well earned pat on the back! Read more
