Went in today just before noon hour. One staff member working, and working her butt off for the line of us there. She kept... looking at the clock so I asked if she was expecting some help at noon and she said she was suppose to have help at 11:30 buthad no idea where her coworker was. Anyways, she ran her behind off, apologizing (for nothing that was her fault) and with asmile and friendly demeanour. I just wanted to thank her for an awesome job under a lot Of stress and keeping her cool andcomposure. The staff working here are very kind and cooperative. The customer service is also excellent with fresh baked bread, fresh... vegetables along with freshly baked goods!! The dining area and the washrooms are always clean. I?m a picky eater, and theynever seem to disappoint. I would highly recommend eating your sandwich here. Went to this store today with my wife she has celiac disease and she has the form where if she has any gluten she has a rash and... is very sluggish for days. The gentleman who was working kept saying the food was fresh and that he couldn't go get meats fromback when she asked him to do so given she could see bread on all the meat and other items. rushed my wife while she was tryingto see if a new sauce was gluten free or not and at the end told else to not come back. very rude I've worked in multiplesandwich shops over the years and this was just sad to see someone get bent out of shape over a customer trying to get food theycan eat. I'm all about supporting our local businesses; however, I will not support this location. Customer service is awful, they over... charged for the sub of the day. So people look at your receipts before leaving!!! Ordered a breakfast sub, the egg was stillfrozen and had to return it. I also had to ask for more vegetables and got a look like I was trying to rip them off. They aretrying too hard to cut corners to save a buck but in the end it's obvious it will hurt their business just look at all thenegative reviews. Read more
