We couldn?t decide what to eat and just settled for subway; I honestly walked into the store with a ?ugh subway? mentality just... from consistent bad experiences. BUT I was completely wrong and shocked at the great service provided to us by Ali and Methaq!They were extremely nice employees! I would have never expected to have such a nice experience buying subway. Oh! and the storewas SUPER clean. I will definitely remember this subway experience. Thanks Ali and Mathaq! Read more

The best subway I?ve ever been in. Has nothing to do with those crusty subways,so clean, suitable decor, good food and the staff... are amazing they are so friendly especially a guy with a beard (sorry I don?t know his name ????) he was so friendly and madethe best sub I?ve ever ate!!! Ordered from this subway twice now. 6 months apart. First time the veggie sub was good and done how I like it. However, they... sent all the wrong combo items and none of the cookies we ordered. Tonight I ordered and the sub was wrong, the chips werewrong, but the drink was right. Consistency is lacking here. Also, no one picked up the phone. Tushar was a trooper behind the counter. Begin completely alone in the store during a rush and staying past his shift because... his replacement decided they weren't coming in to work. While waiting in line, myself and other customers watched him patientlyserver a super picky customer from hell... I wanted to slap the customer in the back of the head to smarten them up. I genuinely have never had as bad of an experience anywhere near as much as today. Around 1230am I ordered a foot long combo... (Diet Pepsi, 2 macadamia cookies). I also ordered a chopped cold cut salad with a smoky mustard dressing. I've had this beforeat other locations, this is my first time ordering anything from this location. I mainly only did because they were freedelivery over $15 on Uber Eats. I recieved the order, everything is tied tightly in a plastic bag. I open it, only the saladand the sub is there. I know its not Uber Eats, its Subway. They didnt pack my other items. I kindly called them saying that Imade an order not long ago, gave the information on my order and I was replied to incredibly rudely. The guy on the phone blamedMY Uber eats driver saying that they packed everything and he mustve lost the rest. I explained no, the bag was tied tight. Hedelivers it, you make and pack it. He was very adament that he packed it and my driver just lost it. I replied saying no, youdidnt pack the items I paid for. What an unprofessional response and I happily hung up on him. I contacted my Uber Eats driver,he went above and beyond and actually drove back to this Subway to let them know they screwed up. They again blamed him to hisface saying it was his fault and they packed everything. Eventually they ended up packing up the remaining items I paid for towhich they did NOT give originally. My driver was on the phone with me during this encounter, he goes back to his car andcounts the cookies. They only gave 5 cookies, there should be 8. He went back, I heard some arguing and he got the remaining 3cookies. He comes back, I of course tip him nicely. I go to eat my salad and I near almost threw up. My salad was not choppedlike I asked, they literally threw the lettuce in the bowl and my requested toppings carelessly ontop. Don?t bother with this subway. As soon as you enter and bother the employee from watching YouTube on her phone, we then enter... witch mode. She was so rude, didn?t say hi, what you want? I always get the same sub footlong Chicken Caesar with all veggies.She barely added anything, had I noticed I would have absolutely spoken up. This was flatter than a sandwich and I normally eatonly half and save the rest. Not this time. It was so bad I?m not going back. This was December 29 at 4:15 PM. I hate thislocation. Read more
