The service was not too good this time! I asked for two extra empty cups they said no they don't give. I told them that I want... to pay for the cups. She is say no. Fortunately, one of the employees realized they were making no sense by refusing to sellthe cups. She changed 20 cents each. Customer service was at it's lowest level. Read more
They really don't care about the customer aspect of the business. Had a order problem, they didn't want to fix it so I... complained with head office. They forwarded the complaint and my information to contact me. They closed it without doinganything. I had head office re-open it numerous times and the location just closed the others the same way. Every time I go here, my sauce is missed or forgotten for whatever reason. & THEN I?m charged 50 cents for a mistake I didn?t... make. I wouldn?t be writing this if it happened once, but this is now the 3rd time. I?m an employee in this plaza & don?t havetime on breaks too be paying for a missing sauce everytime the workers forget it. The employees also don?t care for it, no sorryor anything just ?you?ll have to pay for it?. Absolutely disgusting a million dollar company does this. Terrible place. Never coming back here again! 10 minutes wait in drive thru, worker refuses to serve us because we asked for 2... orders as there's 5 people in the car... They force us to come inside, 20 mins for order to get ready! We got for 5 people, weasked for a cup of water as we were leaving. They requested money for the water with a smirk! Says its 24hrs, but no one ever answers when you go through the drive through overnight. I've attempted it twice in the last... week while working nights on the 417. Never again. Highly recommend not ever going to this Tim Hortons at night Read more
Not 24 hours as stated. Just drove through the drive through at 12:30 am on a Friday night/Saturday morning and no one... responded. Lights are all on, baked goods in the display case ? no one in sight. Read more
Simply awful!! Shorter us a coffee..tea that was supposed to be 3x3 was black! Sandwiches were an app 2 for deal that were... activated but were charged full price.so glad we asked for a receipt! English muffin sandwiches were stone cold. Muffins werefridge cold and sandwich itself was room temp at best. Wrap was a disaster..have not opened the 2nd one yet. in an order of 4sandwiches; 3 coffees and 2 tea and a box of tidbits.. I would have expected a little more attention to detail. I get they arebusy but that's not a good reason to serve garbage. We would gladly have waited. Read more
So I came in 2 weeks ago. Got the wrong order and confront the manager Frances. She didn't want to fix it for me and she was... VERY nasty towards me. I called their customer service line and filed a complaint. Frances calls me back and she gets even morenasty with me confronting me and actually screaming. Why? Because I confronted her bad behavior. Then she accuses me of being aliar... Why couldn't the owner or the district egional manager get involved instead? This location is a joke.
