Coffee always has coffee grinds or sugar at the bottom of the cup. French vanilla machine is apparently not heating up or... broken. They can't make up their minds. They don't pay attention to what your ordering say you want a timbits get a dountinstead. Never going back to this tim Hortons again. Edited to add: instead of asking to donate money to thier camp they justassume you will be. If I can hardly afford to send my own kids to camp what makes you think I can donate to send other childrenin the same situation to camp. If your not able to do your job right get a new one. Your lucky it was my partner who went in andnot me cause I would have made you give me my money back. A complaint to head office will also be made. Read more
I have been noticing a pattern on tim hortons iced coffee. Before I just have to ask for a large or medium iced coffee and their... iced coffee always looked like the picture on the left. But now it seems like every single time I order an iced coffee from themit turns whiter and whiter like I ordered a large cold milk instead. The picture on the right was already half of the cream theywould originally put in. The first one the staff gave me was so white it looked like pure cream. There's actually a lot morepeople who are lactose intolerance but really depends on the intolerance level. The pure whiteness in their iced coffee wouldhave made me really sick. Read more
I was just here. I live across the street from them and frequent there. I politely asked if they could give me a sleeve or... second cup for the coffee as it was a fresh pot. The lady who served me not only shook her head, she also rolled her eyes at meand mumbled something under her breath. This is the worst service I have ever received from them. Read more
So I'll start with saying I used to be addicted to Tim's breakfast. I couldn't go a day without my breakfast sandwich almost but... now I barely get the urge to go even once a week. I miss the old eggs, these new "freshly cracked eggs" are rubbery unless yougo super early in the morning when it was actually freshly cracked lol. I wish there was the option of having the eggs that usedto come on it. The whole sandwich tastes different I think they changed the bacon and the sausage too like I dunno but itdoesn't taste as good as before. Please don't get me wrong I'm not trying to sit here and bash Tim Hortons I still love themthat's why I still gave 3* but please please please go back to the old breakfast sandwich I miss it so much. Drive-Thru cust rep sucks! Every morning at around 8am I stop by and every single time, no hello, no thank you, no have a great... day, except for "how you paying". Always annoyed whenever I show my Rewards card on my phone which is ALWAYS ready to bescanned, payment is always ready. Like what the hell is wrong with this person? A stop by to speak with manager will be soonand I've already sent a complaint to Tim Horton's. This person should not be working there if he doesn't like it. Read more
Although I frequent Tim Hortons I am hard pressed to ever visit this location again. The selection of food is minimal, the wait... times are long even though there are rarely customers, and the food isn't as good as the location down the road despite it beingthe same chain. If you are starving I'd recommend grabbing food from the convenience store it's in. Read more
Possibly the worst tim Horton's in Ottawa. Can't get an order correct to save their lives on a good day and today I was told... they don't have breakfast? Um what? Maybe don't have your drive through open to let cars get stuck in if you aren't operational. Read more
