Ordered lunch here and when I got back to the office I was disgusted at the utensils they provided. When I complained to Tim... Hortons head office, they offered me 70 points for the issue. I threw almost $13.00 in the garbage as if my so called newutensils were this dirty, what was used to make my food. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
Not safe for human consumption. The restaurant is infested with fruit flies. I was employed there for 1, 5 hour shift. Took 4... hours to clean the dinning room from the dead bees and flies. The inches of dust everywhere including the chandeliers hangingover the tables and the garbage piled and stuffed on the inside of the benches. The mounds of sugar under the equipment that hadbeen there so long it required a sharp knife to remove. The same to remove the dried honey from the donut racks. Took 45 minutesto scrape one clean. Then my shift was over. I understood that my first week would be spent putting this location back to new. Asafe zone but the existing staff had another plan for me. Thier leader bullied me out the door tonight with all my cleaningsupplies in hand. The good thing about this location from what I saw last night. They give alot of stuff away. not a good visit this time. ordered breakfast combo classic and tea on this weeks promo. ptesented code to scan so instead... of payin 4 $ for promo combo was billed 4.19 for sandwich 70 points deducted for tea and also had to go back for milk whichwas forgotten. Read more
Every time I place a mobile order I show up to pick it up it is NEVER ready. I usually don?t mind waiting but if I place a... mobile order it is because I want to show up, pick it up, and leave. When I asked about it I was told by staff that they don?tmake the mobile orders until the customer shows up. That defeats the purpose of a mobile order!!! Read more
Never on this side of town but when I am I need to make a stop here. The staff is bananas in the best ways and are way... friendlier than any person in the service industry should be. I'd give 10 stars if I wasn't bound by the 5 star rating system. Read more
Update May 24 at 9:15 am I bought a large order including Tim Bits, donuts, coffee and a steak and egg on a English muffin. I... just got home and there is no steak and egg on a English muffin!! How incredibly ANNOYING!! I?m taking away all my stars forthat!! Also don?t bother calling the store as they don?t answer the phone. ?. Delicious steak and egg English muffin with bacon($8.60 + sm coffee) Tables need to be wiped off for customers to eat before the barely dirty floor is moped! Read more
Slow service and even worst customer service. Been waiting in line for 10 minutes to get served at cash. Another 10 minutes for... sandwich to get made, since the person is running around getting food from the back. Got skipped over and the customer behind megot their items before I did. Read more
